Jimmy is the man he was very nice and had the best Collections of phones and the best deals. the store was very clean and smells good. I went by other stores but this one have the best prices don’t waste your time just come here trust me. Oh and one more thing he saved me some money on my bill Highly recommended. Thank you again

These people are nothing but ripe off. They sell you use phones. I brought a phone that I thought was brand new. The guy sells me some else phone. N then them person who phone was that. Reports it stolen.
They do changes on ur account without permission. I try to see what’s the problem they don’t know what I’m talking bout. They ripe ppl off n pocket the money. I paid for 3 lines for nothing..
I try to get the problem fix I cancel the line
I call metro customer service he never cancel the other line. I been paying for 3 lines instead of 2

I called the store to see if they were hiring and the manager said he think so but I will have to go online but because metro by T Mobile is a franchise and owned by different people I told him that I didn’t see any job listings on indeed like he told me to go on and then he said well I don’t know
Then??♀️ I just want to know if you guys are hiring and if so how can I apply For this location?

Was very nice and took his time getting the phone to connect to watch.. only downfall is they weren't wearing names tags both times I went there so didn't know who I talked to when I bought my watch to who helped me set it all up.. that's why I chose 4 stars

Fixing to change carriers! My phones, tho they are expensive, they mess up very fast! The Representatives lie to me telling me all these things they will do but it doesn't happen! This phone made me and my son miss watching the BLUE ANGELS with my mom! Phone jus WENT OUT! Couldn't find her! Still devastated!Been duped into getting a tablet! And still they have DONE NOTHING to compensate this MESSED UP PHONE! DONE!!
