Horrible experience they ripped me off my money two different times . I purchased an extra line for 150 and they charged me insurance but never applied to account phone cracked following off the bed I got back less than two weeks to replace phone and they charged me an additional 50 dollars for a phone that was a downgrade from the original phone I purchased, mind youi had a iPhone 11 and didn't really need to the extra line..but to get ripped off really made me say no to Metro PCs this store workers are very unprofessional, uneducated and will scam you

Horrible customer service. I tried to get help with my voicemail and actually wanted to get a tablet but this guys attitude made me someone that been with metro for a few years change phone providers

I can say they will give u deals and ur phone bill can always be paid unlike on north 27th by state don’t waste ur time at all at that store I’m giving only 2 stars because I spent a lot of money here and they can’t even anwser the phone for me to ask a simple question store closes at 7 from 4:30 to 5:04 they didn’t answer so here on out I will not pay my bill in that store or go there for nothing else! If I can’t get good customer service even when I’m not in the store it’s a no more business from me??

I think they send virus's to customers phone's after 1 year to force clients to purchase new phone's every year. Customer service is 4 out of 10 but they clearly don't give a da__. They scam their clients.

To bad I had to give them 1 star, because they don't deserve that much. I purchased some of their products at the store on Teutonia and Capitol D yesterday ( 2 items totaling over $50)and neither one of the items works properly. The young lady at the store tried to switch one of the items thinking I didn't notice what she had done. Today I took the items back to return them for a refund and she tells me she's not authorized to do so and I'd have to go to the store on Vilet Street to see a store manager. That's crazy that I now have to go all the way across town just to get my money back. Seems to me that there would be someone at each store to help with customer complaints and services when needed. I called the store on Vilet several times but no one answers the. This is ridiculous ???????. I've noticed how they posted 98% of good reviews on themselves and only a couple of negative reviews. REALLY?!!? Their service and products is horrible!!

It's the neighborhood UPS drop off. The packages are in a secure area and the store location is in a safe area.
