This was the Metro Store we had been looking for. Knew when we got there. Because it was where we got our phones 2 years ago. Mike helped us 2 years ago. He went above and Beyond to get us what we needed. Thank You Mike. And as we left I told him, we would be back, when we needed New Phones. I'm Happy to Say, This is The Best Metro PCS Store. I Was VERY SATISFIED AGAIN. The Girl who took Care of Us, Thank You for going Above and Beyond, You were Great, Thank You, for letting me know we were at the Right Metro PCS Store. I mentioned Mike and She said yes, that's Why I now have This Metro PCS Store, Saved in My phone. When we need New Phones again. I will go to This Metro PCS, to the owner of this Metro, Thank You, for The Great Employee's You have, I don't know if you own the Metro PCS on 44th and Center, what happened at that Metro was the worst experience. I'm So Glad we decided to leave and look for Metro PCS on 53rd and Center. Everyone Have A Safe and Blessed Life.

Service was horrible. I felt like they were very pushy very rude. And the new girl was horrible. She didn't explain anything and we had no paper work I had to ask her for a recite she really had a attitude. I will not return

Horrible refused to sale me a sim card because I did not need him to activate my phone, went to the one on North and they did the same thing, killer part was they wanted to charge me $20 for the sim card and $15 for switching phones, I hate those side eyed dealers that are trying to make quick money off of you. I finally went to the one in Grand Ave mall and the DM was WONDERFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL she literally put in my sim card and my service started to work. The one on North and Center told me my phone did not work because it was still being used by someone else and it wasn't! I bought it from Verizon and the phone was unlocked! I swear we just need some corporate stores in Milwaukee.

Even tho I'm with Sprint I love the service. It's just that they need more than just 3 ppl there working and need to expand it more so it's enough room to have someone sit and talk to their sales person about the phone or transferring pics contacts and email (via USB wireless)
