Had the pleasure of Thomas helping me out with questions and the direct honesty about the age of my phone and why my sim card kept intermittently cutting out. He discussed what my options were and left feeling satisfied with his excellent level of service and care about my situation of being on a budget. The store was clean and I was immediately approached by staff inquiring if they could help me and while I waited, I noticed they greeted everyone with the same level of attention and respect they were already giving me. Please stop in, you won't be disappointed!

I purchased a new phone on July 31, 2024 from Falan a Manager at this location. I specifically told Falan I needed a phone with 128gb plus 5g. I told Falan I needed a screen protector and case Falan. Falan said the phone products at her store are too expensive so Falan referred me to her friend store around the corner to buy a screen protector and case so I bought both now useless. Falan sold me a phone with 32gb and no 5g. I returned 20 minutes later for a refund Falan called her manager and they refused to give me a refund or replacement phone. I have been a loyal customer with Metro Pcs for 10 years I contacted customer support no help on their end either. I would never recommend this store or Metro PCS by T-Mobile.
On August 3, 2024 I was told by a Metro Supervisor today to go back to your store to disconnect my services. I came in the store after 6:00pm don't know exact time. Falan the manager said I couldn't disconnect my services in person. So I called customer service they had me on hold for a while. Before I knew it Falan said the store was cllosing Falan said if I didn't leave she was calling the police on me .I told her I wasn't leaving until I talk to customer service. So Falan called the police on me. Falan disrespected me. Even the customer service representative heard how Falan was talking to me. I stepped into the hallway by the front door to customer service and she locked me out. I left in disbelief. I'm very devastated that a manager would talk to customer the way she did. Something serious needs to be done about this.

I went in with a tight budget and was able to walk away with a used IPhone. I’ve never had an iPhone before and am very pleased with the service. I ran into a small issue with the phone so I had to go back the next day and they handled the situation so professionally. I love this location. They care about their customers and their reputation so they always do their best to do good business. I really appreciate both the gentlemen that helped me. Thank you so much. I don’t think I’ll ever switch from Metro or go to another location . They’re the best!!!!

Took my aunt there after searching high, and low for one that was even open, or still in business. Took almost forever to get served, but seeing as there was only 1 person working I guess I understand. The guy took good care of her, and addressed her needs.

Absolutely the best metro in town. Jordan and Jason are the coolest reps I've ever worked with. I always get the best deals at this location. No other store can compare to the service you get here. Super friendly and always want to help you get your day settled.

The only thing I can say is Jordan is the best manager. He knows how to take care of customers. Always offers the best for all my needs. Also Jason is really good too. I would always recommend for anyone looking for the best deals to come and talk with Jordan. I'll be coming to this store all the time.

Came in today to pay my bill and I was having a bad day. I wanted to leave the company and go somewhere else. However Jordan helped me out and got me a really good deal. I'll be staying with metro and I'll always shop here with Jordan he's such an amazing person to deal with. Also jason was really great he knows how to talk to customers.
