I've been with 6 other carriers over the years and Metro has been the best one. I got excellent phones for free, the best monthly price for the phones and a tablet, and all the sales people are so nice and very helpful. They actually wanted to give me the best price I could get and they did it! I would absolutely recommend Metro by T-Mobile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had excellent service from Shawn. He gave us outstanding customer service when we were setting up a new line for a disabled, elderly person. I'll definitely be using this location again just bc of the customer service alone.

The man was friendly. But if you are going to sell me a used demo phone without my knowledge! Then at least sell them at a discounted price! I don't mind that the phone is used but tell me it is! And don't charge me full upgrade price which was cheaper than original price. But still way too expensive for a demo phone with scratches. The point is if Metro is going to sell floor model demo phones with scratches on them sell them at a discounted price! And don't act like you didn't know it was a demo phone when the Box has demo clearly written on it but I didn't know that until I went outside and seen scratches on it in the sunlight. And yes like I said the guy was friendly he even gave me a case at a discounted price so I can cover the scratches. I am keeping the phone and Metro did give me my activation fee back. But Lesson learned for sure! Always examine the phone before purchase because you never know.
