The dude who works here now is absolutely horrible. He messed up my phone bill multiple times then blamed me for not paying my bill. He was the one who charged me to readjust my bill after I switched phones and my phone bill went through the roof. I showed him the last payment I made was for my full amount of 160 and he didn't even care. I got overcharged for some garbage he did. I tried being nice every time I went in there but he just kept messing up my bill repeatedly and sold me a garbage phone just to make a sale. I'll never be back to that location. Trash. Zero stars
