I could not ask anything more of Jeff and Heather in my engagement ring journey. From educating me, to accommodating my wants and needs, everything was perfect. I was looking for someone who had the connections to have a semi precious stone refaceted. I called around, searched for jewlers, and my gut told me Jeff was my guy. I trusted Jeff with my wifes ring, and when i got it back, i was AMAZED! Never in the 30+ years, have i seen the real beauty that the stone was capable of. Phenomenal work! Phenomenal pricing! I felt like Jeff treated my ring as if it was his own, and gave it the attention it deserved. I have never had a 'go-to' custom jewler before, but now.. I got a guy.. looking forward to seeing what Jeff can do for me with my next piece!

I got my fiancé's engagement ring from Heather and Jeff, the owners. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of not only the ring, but the fast turnaround and overall professionalism they displayed. This custom piece took my fiancé's breath away. One of our friends recommended Mid Continental Gems when my husband was looking to purchase an engagement ring. They helped him custom create a ring. It was exactly what I wanted. The process was a great experience. We also both got our wedding bands there. Jeff is very easy to communicate with and helpful. I have had my ring resized a couple of times & it has always been done in a timely manner. Their prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend Mid Continental Gems.

Not sure why my experience was so much different from everyone else’s.
I’m giving 2 stars because they did complete a repair for me and comped it due to how long it took. I thought that was really nice.
Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff ends. I wanted them to custom make a wedding band for me with some heirloom diamonds. I never received any direct communication regarding progress unless I asked first. I just always felt like I was getting excuses and the run around regarding status. They had my diamonds for over 2 months and I never even saw a design or got a quote for the custom piece.
Somehow I fell between the cracks. Seems like other people are having a better experience though.

jeff & heather are truly a cut above the rest. they were referred to me 6ish months ago & they are easily the best recommendation i’ve ever received. so much better than big box jewelers in every way. once you know what you want or if you need a repair, definitely pay them a visit! you won’t be disappointed.

I’m beyond grateful for running across Mid Continental Gems. My mother in law was looking to get some old rings fixed that had a lot of sentimental value. Other jewelers I took it to quoted me and arm and a leg. Mid Continetal was beyond reasonable and you could feel the small business family owned feel. The care and respect they have for each individual piece that they work is greatly appreciated. I received the two rings back and couldn’t even tell where they were originally broken. Will definitely be coming here with all of my jewelry needs!

A truly amazing ring shopping experience. They are both extremely attentive and passionate about what they do at the store. Very good pricing, service, and responsiveness. Jeff had spent hours searching for the perfect diamond for me to give my girlfriend and Heather and Jeff both told us everything we need to know when ring shopping and showing us every sample of ring and diamond we asked for in addition to the ones they custom ordered just for us to see. It doesn’t get any better than this and I couldn’t be happier with the ring and jeweler!

The service was really phenomenal. Out of all the stores I have been to, this one stood out. They were very helpful in helping me to find the perfect ring for my fiancee and also helped in adding my own little touch to it.
