Terrible communication with a complete bait and switch when I was ready to buy.Tried buying a vehicle listed on Facebook marketplace and was told it was their personal vehicle. Worked for three days to arrange a time to meet to look at it. When I started talking about the purchase process they explained they wanted to meet in a mall parking lot but then later said the sale had to go through a dealership they owned (this is the address they gave). They absolutely refused to do a standard signed title/ title transfer and bill of sale that you would do for a true personal sale claiming it was a liability issue and they didn’t trust me to title it in my name (even though if you sell a vehicle and retain a copy of the bill of sale and signed title like you are supposed to there is no liability for the seller if I weren’t to transfer the title). Wanted me to spend over an hour round trip to drive to the dealership just to fill out paperwork there for a “personal vehicle”

BEWARE!! I would not recommend doing any form of business with Par, an absolute scammer. Par hired me to perform a inspection on a car he was interested in and purchased the car based on my findings.A month later I received notice from Square stating Par had filed a charge back, claiming the charge was unauthorized. I immediately called him and asked what the deal was, and he assured me this was a mistake, and that the credit card used was his mother's and she did not recognize the amount charged but he would contact Amex to reverse the charge back.Another month goes by and no word from Par, even though I attempted to call and received no answer or response through text. To cover myself I responded to the charge back with text messages, the invoice and the report itself. Unfortunately this was not enough evidence to battle with Amex and the $675 was deducted from my account.I've been still trying to reach Par though text, phone and even instagram but the coward will not answer or respond. If this is the way he conducts business I would fear for anyone who would actually buy a car from this clown.

I would absolutely recommend dealing with Par if your in search of a vehicle. I was in the market for a Prius, which wasn't on the lot, but Par got it for me in about a week and a half. The price was more than fair, I even took the car to my personal mechanic before buying it, and it was perfect. Ive been driving it for about 6 months now with absolutely no issues and great gas mileage! By far this was the greatest experience I've had buying a used car. I noticed on some reviews people said the phone number was old or someone is not always there. From what I gathered Par pretty much runs the business himself and as long as you communicate, he goes out of his way to make sure your happy. Also, his updated number is posted right outside the door on a sign for people to call when someone is not there!

Excellent customer service. Straight forward, no bs. Par was awesome to work with and found me the exact car in the color I wanted within a week. They price their cars very fairly, cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a quality car at a very fair price!

Bought a car that they told me wasn't in an accident, had it inspected and find out the frame and body are torqued. Also the strut tower had a pro bondo job to hide damage

I bought my car 5/23/17 and found out between 6/6 to 6/18 while my mom was fighting for life in the ICU my radio didn't. I informed his brother when I stopped to get my plates, who said he'll let his brother know. After my mom's funeral I called, text and stopped by to get this resolved. I finally was able to reach Parr who had me bring my car in where he removed it. I was told in a week to two and I would have my radio back. Last week Saturday I talked to Parr and he told me he was out of town but said this past Monday he'll bring my radio installed at my job. I'm still waiting and have been calling, texting and stopping by. He was quick to take my money but to rectify a problem not at all. I will never refer anyone to him

This place has the worst customer service ever. How are we suppose to get our license plates if......no on is never at the dealership...no one returns any calls and no one responds to emails.

My friend bought a car from here and three months later and 3500.00 dollars later the car is actually decent. These guys told my friend it's a great car and that it was driven by the owner from the auction himself and that there was nothing wrong with it. A week later it overheated and a new thermostat fixed it but only temporarily. My friend only used it to go to work and back for while and did not put much mileage on it as it was not driven everyday. Then on a longer trip the car suddenly overheated and was immediately pulled into a parking lot and sat for three hours. I went to help and we ended up getting a tow truck and towed it to my mechanic. They found that the heater hoses to the firewall were rotted out. They replaced them and tested the card and found the head leaked and the water pump was going out on it and the timing belt was cracked in many places and they said we got ripped off from these guys. My mechanic said the overheating did not cause the head leaking issue as this was old and looked like someone had used a sealant on the car. I called there and spoke to them on the phone and excuse after excuse came out of this conversation. They said they told my friend to bring the car in and they would look at it. But because it was the only car she had and they would not give out a loaner that was out of the question. No matter, I tried to explain to them that my mechanic said these issues did not occur because of the overheating and that this car had these issues before he sold it to my friend, so I asked them what they could do to rectify the expense that I had to endure to repair it and they basically told me too bad and that it was her fault for not bringing the car in to them to look at it. For what? So you can fill it with more junk to seal the leak to hide the fact that you knew it was a crummy car to begin with? Scam! That is all this company is. Oh yeah and the phone listed on this site is old and according to the owner has not been in service for 10 years. Why is that? What are you hiding? Get your real number published so that others can call you when they have a problem buying one of your crummy cars and don't have to do research to get your number. Google this business and call the number listed and you'll see that I am right. Good luck to you if you get scammed by these guys. Don't say I didn't warn you.
