I’ve been meditating at MMC since moving to Milwaukee a little over a year ago and it’s a really lovely warm and welcoming place. I also love that there is something going on pretty much every day of the week and the groups are all a little different. Can’t say enough good things.

This is a wonderful and unique community of folks who are truly compassionate, caring and open hearted. Everyone is welcome here. There is sitting and walking meditation, reading and sharing of thoughts about the reading and other issues. The readings are generally of Buddhist teachings and psychology nature, addressing the various general issues of daily living and interacting in this world. If you want to learn how to live compassionately, with loving kindness, joy and equanimity, you have arrived. Welcome home!
