Granddaughter's truck had engine light. Turns out it needed catalytic converters and exhaust. Recommended a muffler/brakes shop saying they could do the work cheaper and didn't charge her.

The guys at Munro's are always awesome to work with and super helpful. My daughter bought a used car that had some issues and the guys checked it out, made some recommendations and fixed some issues while keeping in mind the bottom line to keep the repair costs manageable. They really went above and beyond to keep me informed and making sure the car was safe to drive.

Such pleasant and honest service. As a single woman it’s very valuable for me to have someone I can rely on to be honest. I know a lot of things - cars are not one of them. I need someone who will not overcharge.
I heard a squeaky belt and worried it would snap off. They checked it, drove it around, checked again. Found no problem. Blamed it on cold weather and told me to keep an eye on it and bring it in as soon as it started again. No charge. I was amazed and grateful.
They are polite. Friendly. Professional. And honest. What more could you ask for in a mechanic?

this place by far is the best service place by far. scott and tom are amazing and stand behind their work! the first time i brought my car in it had a alleged brake issue that the dealer told me would cost 1k tom looked at it and told me up front there was nothing wrong. brought the car back for a blower motor.very fair prices. great service. and above all honesty! what more could you ask for? unless im forced to go to the dealership for a more complex issue. this is my garage now.

I had a an issue with my check engine light coming on and off (misfire). On my first visit, of course the car ran fine when I got there, and parts looked good, so it could be the parts or it could be a computer issue, which is not uncommon for my make/model.
Rather than just replacing parts and charging me without for sure knowing this was the problem, like some repair shops might, Scott swapped parts with cylinder 2, so I could drive it around and bring back once the check engine light came on again. That way if it misfired on 1, I'd take it to the dealer for a computer check, but if it misfired on 2 - new parts.
It took a while for the engine light to come back on, but when it did it was a misfire on 2. Scott remembered the situation, replaced the needed parts for a decent and fair price, and she's running without a problem now.
I appreciate that Munro's is a place you can trust; you'll get top work and won't be overcharged. Will definitely use Munro's for all my repair and regular maintenance needs.
