I ordered a pair of shoes online from Goodmiles Running Company that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were very quick to ship & arrived well packaged & in perfect condition. Unfortunately the shoes were too tight for me so I did have to return them, but they made the whole process very quick & easy! Although the shoes didn't work for my slightly wider feet, I will definitely check here next time when I order again. I would recommend these folks to friends & family in the market for athletic / running shoes!

I spent so much money here trying to find good shoes to walk for work and OMG worst shoes ever. My feet hurt so bad after only 3 hours on them. I had to go back to some cheap Walmart shoes to relieve the pain. Never again. If you have bad feet and need a good shoe, do not shop here! It made my pain ten times worse. Wish I never went there. Hundreds of dollars I can't get back. And they convinced me to trade in the shoes I was wearing..... Wish I had kept them. Those were better.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. As a healthcare worker I appreciate that they carry Hoka, my feet appreciate it as well!

Great staff that helped out. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable in the shoe brands and recommended a handful of running shoes. Would definitely recommend going.

Travis helped my dad with his new walking shoes and went above and beyond by putting new laces into his old shoes. Kevin and one other lady (can't remember her name) were very helpful and informative about compression socks. All around, great experience and excellent customer service.

Fantastic service from a store associate Emma. She helped me find the right Hoka shoes for work. She also guided and inserted the caterpy laces on to the shoe as well. Giving me advice on how to take care of the hoka shoes to last longer during the winter months.

My Hoka's are fantastic. The New Balance just were not not doing the trick. Clifton 9 was the answer. Just disappointed Hoka doesn't have a wide in a wild color.

I had a very good experience at Good Miles Running Company in Greenfield. My salesperson, Amy, was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. I suffer with arthritic feet so finding comfortable shoes is very difficult. Amy explained the pros and cons of various brands of shoes and then let me try on all the shoes I was interested in. I settled on a pair of Hokas and am very happy with them. I even got a discount for belonging to a health club! Now I have happy feet again!

I came in the store to find a good pair of walking shoes. I had no idea what brand, etc. to start looking at. Mark first listened to what I needed in a shoe. He measured my foot, and to my surprise I was wearing the wrong size shoe! He went and picked out 3 different brand shoes for me to try on. The first one was the winner, though I tried all 3. Mark was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience for the 1st time visiting this store and most definitely will be back!
