Went in yesterday, tried on a couple of pairs, nothing special running shoes. $160 and $200. For a pair of tennis shoes. I even asked the guy if that's for real?!! He responded "everything's going up" must be nice huh, selling a $50 pair of shoes for $200? Unbelievably over priced place.

I have been here many times and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions about the different models of shoes. They also have a reward program.

Left frustrated. It used to to be my go to place for walking/ tennis shoes.Now they have more brands(good). However no size 8 4E.Very reluctant to order any recommending I move up two sizes and the width will be closer. When I explained I have a closet full of shoes like this that fall off my feet(wasted $$) at this time they offered to "special order" on style of New Balance or one style of HOKA.And no the young man was doing his best to be helpful...

I stopped in this store on 06/14/24 at around 5:45pm. Two employees were working in the store, each of them with a customer. Neither one of them said anything to me as I looked at the women’s New Balance shoes. I have always purchased my new running shoes from this store back when it was the New Balance store and I have always been happy with the service.On 06/14/23 it seemed as though I was invisible. Finally, after over 15 minutes of being ignored, I sat down and started searching the GoodMiles website to see if they had the shoe that I wanted in my size. The female employee finally noticed me and asked if she could help me…I told her what I wanted…New Balance, women’s 1080, size 9 extra wide. Right away she said she did not have that size and returned back to the customer she was taking care of. I would have thought she would check the Brookfield store for me or figure something out…instead she let me walk out the door with a bad taste in my mouth and no shoes!When I got home, I went on the New Balance website and ordered a pair of shoes online…which is what I will be doing from now on. Saved me time and gas! I have a feeling the GoodMiles store wont be around for much longer if that is how customers are treated. Just thought I would let you know.Sue Loomis

I went here showed a very nice man some new balance work shoe I got off line and he ordered them for me a week later I went and got them didn’t have to pay upfront or anything best shopping experience I have ever had. Went there today 6/3/23 didn’t see the shoes I needed but tried on a different pair the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had on my feet also way out of my price range I started to ask the lady didn’t get her name about the shoes I had ordered there before and before I even got the whole sentence out she tells me we don’t have them anymore. I said they ordered them for me. She was quick to tell me they don’t make them anymore. I asked how does she know? she didn’t even check or want to check. It was very disappointing. And she could tell by the look on my face? Then asking me if I wanted her to check. I said no thank you and got up and left. Went to Rohan’s and got a pair of shoes. Also check online to see if the shoes I wanted were still available and they are. So disappointing. The lack of customer service was amazing.
