Worst most useless company I've ever dealt with, over 4 weeks and counting to receive my check

I am forced to use them because of my workplace. Terrible customer service. I have called 4 times for same issue and it has still not been corrected. I can't log in to website because every time I change to a new password, the next time I try my password is suddenly invalid.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They hold your money hostage, and make you go through mountains of verifications just to get YOUR MONEY! H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E.
