Staff yesterday told me the alternator was bad, replaced the alternator and had the same problem. Went back and they told me the same thing and now I’m out $180. Would not trust the battery testing.

Great service need a center support bearing for drive shaft dude sold me my part after hours no receipt but I did not car I was broke down but I bet I was back on the road in a few hours

A shout out to Kevin for providing me with excellent customer service last night. I had a headlamp go out on my car and I called the store to see if they had my bulb in stock in which they did I showed up at the store and kevin sold me the bulb and helped me install it. Thanks so much Kevin for going above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the customer service here. I don't give a 5 star because if I'm not in a hurry I can always find cheaper online. Brick and mortar stores have to charge more, I suppose, to cover the building costs and employees - so they better have good support, eh? I appreciated the employee looking up information for me. I appreciated that he showed me "top of the line", great and good - without trying to force me towards the most expensive. In this case, I wanted top of the line - so it was perfect help.

Quit pleased I wanted LED bulbs, didn't have the ones I wanted. Good thing 20 minutes before I was staring at a shelf for 20 minutes looking for something that wasn't there. Employee saved me my time and sanity.
