Kelly Richards is amazing. She cares. She doesn’t rush and she listens. Dr Conti has been great with me and listens to my concerns. Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Milwaukee. Hands down. You guys are awesome.

I walked into Outreach clinic one day in the summer when i was having an extremely difficult time getting medical and mental health issues treated in the Milwaukee community.An AODA counselor, Michelle, (second floor current) really persisted in my absolutely stubborn diseases of AUD & BPD.Both Her and i persisted.I’ve been clean & sober for seven months this 2023 March.A primary doctor, an Osteopathic Physician, assisted Me through some difficult personal & legal challenges and medical problems.I am transitioning to an Internal Medicine Physician now at Outreach Healthcare Community Clinic (Dr. CW).Like the photographs i took and posted, Milwaukee healthcare and the industry surrounding it is dramatically improving and expanding to fill the emotional, physical, and mental healthcare needs of our rapidly expanding city.IMO, we need to be just as accountable for our entire wellness so we can then have a positive impact in our Milwaukee town: outlying suburbs, small villages , city boroughs, city districts, and main streets like Capitol Drive (where Outreach Healthcare is rebuilding & revitalizing) so we can affect dynamic & positive change.AER.Monday, March 6th, 2023.

I asked my provider to listen and that's what she does. Unfortunately she has to be ( without knowing) my healthcare provider and psychological support. I appreciate anytime I see K Richardson. Thank you for being and setting standards.

Billing department is not helpful. Office visits will not be coded properly even if you specify the reason for your visit multiple times. Provider was good but do not recommend going here unless you want to pay for services insurance should cover.

One star is too much!Rude !unconcerned!The nurse Audrey, she is rude she does not listen, she hangs up on you, does not follow through with instructions to send medications presciptions!Phone calls are not returned!This is the WORST clinic ever for anybody who is ELDERLY, or does not understand their med management!As AFH owner and caregiver I should not have to call for a full month to have a patients prescriptions sent to a new pharmacy, according to the new pharmacy's guidelines!Because Audrey does not agree with the guidelines of the pharmacy she refuses to send presciptions.

Would have gave this place a Zero star rating if possible!I spoke with psychiatrist yesterday (Wednesday) she told me she wanted me to start a new med.Here we are 27 hours later...She never sent the script to the pharmacy. I had reached out to her twice today and was told a note would be left for her as a reminder.Horrible!
