“The staff there I would genuinely give a five stars to as they are all extremely nice, genuinely caring, considerate & know what they are doing. The fact that the pharmacy is open 24/7 makes it easier to get into and out of much faster (the good news). The bad news, is if you do happen to come at a high traffic time, it can take forever to get out of there and the place is small so I get claustrophobic if it's packed and there's a line of sick people, crying babies, frustrated complaining customers, just knowing that once I DO finally get out of there, I still have to get through all of the constant construction and traffic just outside of the hospital and on my way home. The parking garage confuses me as there are seemingly far more parking spaces for disabled people than literal regular spaces ... (Located on the opposite end of the garage). This just leads to not only annoyance but bad behavior on everyone's part as I swear I have seen so many people not having disabled tags nor signs in their vehicles yet parking in those spots getting in and out of the pharmacy...
In a nutshell:
Call ahead of time to save yourself the headache of making a trip only to find out your script could not be/ was not filled for some reason.
Get a feel of the hours that work for your schedule and understand the busy times to avoid (keep in mind this is also a medical college/campus).
The pharmacy also is semi-well stocked with any general health and wellness supplies/over the counter type stuff one could need aside from just being prescription based only. Just know they are not a full sized chain pharmacy.
And again, great staff! Totally helpful!”

“Whenever I use the self checkout it often has a clutch. Always a couple not working. They always say I'm doing it wrong. I'm a self checkout geek. I'm not doing it wrong lol As far as the store goes it's pretty good One thing though. I buy plums there and the fruit at Fresh Tyme are way better. More expensive too The store employee Rachelle is awesome. She always does a great job and really takes care of her customers. She has been there a while too.”
“There's a Pharmasict named Bob. S., another very good woman Pharmacist, and several great associates. The big chains don't know you by name like Serve-U, and they don't research the same for the best products and prices. Plus, check out their store inventory, full of proven Old-School items for your entire body.”
“Have never had an issue with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful over the phone when I was first getting set up with them and then remembered me when I did my first pick-up :). Staff is always pleasant and quick. Typically not busy during the week.”

“At first I just started coming here occasionally because I could get some medications cheaper but I’ve decided to fully switch over from Pick N Save pharmacy. The pharmacists/techs are very polite and helpful and I usually never wait more than a couple minutes to be helped. It’s clean and quiet. They are closed from 1:30-2pm which is not notes in the hours. Definitely recommend!”

Explained everything that was done, needed to be done and all the whys and how to. Again, very Professional, PA and nurses were excellent care givers. “I decided to use Hayat pharmacy, instead of Walgreens, to care for my son whose a cancer patient home from the hospital. After feeling so overwhelmed because this is all new to me I was becoming anxious. But after going to pick up my prescriptions from Hayat #7 I realized that I had made the right decision. Delacia was very helpful, going over and beyond for me to make sure I got the meds my son needed asap. I didn't think it was going to happen that day, but she stayed past closing and filled about 13 prescriptions for us. I really appreciate her efforts and her professionalism. My son and I are very grateful.”

“The only negative reviews for the PnS pharmacy aren’t for the pharmacy, they’re for the grocery store. This is a great pharmacy. It’s located in the grocery store on the left side, in front of the frozen food section.There aren’t a lot of places we interact with these days where you really get to know people anymore, with so many places shutting down or having a high turnover rate. But that’s exactly the case at the PnS Rx. It’s been the same pharmacists here for as long as we’ve been going here, and it’s been many years at this point. They’re helpful, friendly and do what they do incredibly well. Great personalities. And the few times insurance wasn’t covering most of something, due to a job change, they easily found other discounts that were almost as good as our insurance. All the hoops we used to jump through about pricing at Walg…. I mean, EVERY MONTH. I thought it was like that everywhere. Not here. As you’re saying, “I believe there’s a discount on…” they’re already saying, “I got you”. And they do.Another reviewer (that actually reviewed the pharmacy) said if one of the pharmacists leave she’d follow. We’d absolutely do the same. But as we love both, here’s hoping they’re treated well and stay right where they’re at for many years to come. Love you guys. ?”

“This is an awesome pharmacy - I have dealt extensively with other mail order specialty pharmacies and there were CONSTANT communication and shipment errors. In my three years with Froedtert they have not made single mistake or miscommunication. The staff is friendly and helpful and the shipping is fast. They flawlessly work with my doctor and insurance to assure that I never go without my medication. They answer questions when needed and reliably call once a month to fill orders. I can call directly with very little to no hold time.Anyone who deals with the other specialty pharmacies know this is a rare quality.Plus, they just switched to some awesome paper based sustainable packaging for chilled medications. No more giant styrofoam boxes!”
