Place is more akin to a prison with overpriced food scattered about. Pretty blown away by the state of this place. No baskets for shopping, only one entrance and exit at the most inconvenient spot, armed security guards flexing all over the store. I got a horrible vibe and left immediately for Whole Foods. Not the same place it was a decade ago and should be razed

Be prepared to wait in a LONG line. No self checkouts means whatever time you think you’re saving by coming to this location will be spent in line. They got what you need most of the time, so that’s why it’s not a 1 star.

You all HAVE to get a different urinal. The current one is angled as such that when the stream hits it, you get splashback. Might as well have had a dog there with me peeing on my leg.
And get some self-checkout lanes. My goodness, it is post-pandemic 2025, and you don't have any self-checkouts? For shame.

This went from my every day grocery to one I would not wish on my worst enemy. No self check outs? All the booze locked up, with a 20 person line and one cashier? Pathetic. You’re LOSING money with this insanity, will no longer shop there and will tell everyone else to do the same

No self checkouts. It would be fine to eliminate the self checkouts if you added cashiers. Lines down into each aisle. It seems like a few 12 item or less checkouts would be a good business decision. Two large student apartments across the street. Don’t shop at this store if you want to get your shopping done in less than 30 minutes. No deli chicken rotisserie or fried at 5:30 pm empty shelves elsewhere. All the donuts packaged in dozens. Seriously who wants a dozen donuts at 5:30 pm. Management at this location, and frankly Lyon St. too needs to be retrained or reassigned.

Used to be a clean, well-stocked and reliable grocery store. Over the last year, has become a constant mess with bad and empty produce, extremely long lines, and questionable service. Worst grocery store in the area, any other stop is a better option if you have it.
