Customer care and general attention to making the atmosphere pleasant is as much of a joke as the Walmart trend of no cashiers open with 100ft lines.

First off, this is my go-to supermarket for everyday items. I have never been let down by the store or what is offered.That said, I don't shop during the busiest times. I go super early or super late.Once in a while, you may encounter some shortages because they either sold out quicker than usual, or they have yet to receive their deliveries, or they may not have enough staff to get the stock out on the shelves.Because it is owned by Kroger, the store stocks standard items, and also a more limited line of premium products. They carry items that other stores don't!I have rarely seen anything that isn't fresh or wholesome. I buy meat, frozen fish, and deli meat here without issue.There may have been some management changes in the last year which have resulted in better offerings.

I had purchased these Dietz nuts meat bites and my son is young and open the pack up and ate some and they are molded they have green stuff on them.im so disappointed and now I just hope he doesn't get sick

Overall I like this location. It's convenient and has good variety. They need to replace every shopping cart. Don't like the bums that stalk the entrance and exits.

The site is nice. Good selection of products. Not happy that they want my pin number when I use debit Mastercard. It's Mastercard. I do not want to put in my pin. I want it to come from my checking. The Pig made a change like this and they got so many complaints they fixed it.

I never know what I'm paying for something until I check out!They can't do a simple task like remove months old sale tags. How hard is it to remove tags when new ones go up once each week?I'm always getting overcharged because many sale prices don't even show until totaling up.

I've been shopping at this neighborhood location for 20yrs& know many employees personally, an employee named Tommy in liquor department(has literally rung my purchases up hundreds of times), askes me for ID all of a sudden (I'm 50 & greying)He has always been a creepy guy, & he made me suspicious, so I asked to see the manager. Identity theft & RFID skimming (a victims bank, health & all other personal info can be wirelessly lifted using a scanner small enough to fit in someone's hand) are becoming very prevalent crimes, so are home invasions. John Gacy used to cruise for children after obtaining their addressfrom job applications at pharmacies he sub contracted for. The manager Tianah was so pleasant & accommodatingshe moved him over & rung my purchases up herself. This store has a high turnover rate of management soI truly hope this young lady stays on here, she really seems eager to make her customers shopping experience a positive one.

The lines went almost to the back of the store for self-checkout. The other set of self-checkouts was closed for no reason. The self checkouts flag and stop for an employee to assist every few items - whether you bumped something or not. High quality produce but minimal customer service at this location

Poorly managed especially during the evening/night. Appears most workers are on their phones, and not assisting customers. Expiration dates are not well maintained.

I don’t understand why they close over half the self checkout counters on the busiest day of the week. The line stretches all the way through the aisle. And it’s like this every Saturday.

Decently stocked, but who ever is in charge of the Google listing UPADATE YOUR HOURS. I got there at 10:40 last night to get some essentials since it says open till 11pm. The lights were still on but an employee I saw through the window tapped his watch and held up 10 fingers. I thought he meant "closing in 10 minutes" but I guess he meant "we close at 10" because the doors were locked. I wasn't even the only person in the parking lot thinking they could do a late night food grab.

ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE!Understaffed for no reason. Why can’t the costumer service ever be open? Also the managers can just make stuff up about anything about their policy and it will be law, they said that there are no returns without a receipt when on their website it says they do. I’ve shopped at picknsave in Madison and whenever I had a bad product without a receipt they had always helped me out. They do not follow corporate rules at all.When I contacted corporate all they could say was we can get you the receipt for the purchase and they did. So I got my refund.
