Horrible customer service. You'll wait a hour and no one comes to serve you and don't care nothing about the customer. Employees walk around cursing!! Need to hire more non blacks to get the balance of service right

I normally don’t shop at this location but it was close to my church. I knew going in on a Sunday would be hectic so I prepared myself. I went in looking for my last few items to prepare my meal for the holiday. I couldn’t find half of the items I was looking for but I was assisted by a manager Andrew W. He went above and beyond to assist not only me but other customers in the aisle as well. He was polite and very helpful even grabbing a few items off the shelf for an elderly women. Great customer service isn’t always given at this location from my previous experience. But I had to shoutout this amazing leader. The store was hectic yet he kept his professionalism. This man needs a raise!

There is always terrific customer service here but no one was at the customer service desk today when we came in to talk about our concerns that Pick 'n Save's parent company, Kroger, has done nothing to combat slavery on farms where they buy their produce. A little over a year ago, it was uncovered in federal court that Kroger is profiting from slavery but Kroger refuses to join the Fair Food Program which is the only way to guarantee that slavery is not happening on farms where Kroger's buys produce. We are praying that the staff and management of this Pick 'n Save urge their corporate headquarters to do the right thing.

Letting the homeless harass customers entering and exiting the store for change. Also allowing the people giving away phones and tablets keep bugging customers and allow them to stop cars in middle parking lot, fully blocking lanes and parking spots stopping flow of traffic

Pick N Save is horrible I worked there for a month a a half and I had missed hours on my check every pay day and one day I did it even have a check up there. I am currently still waiting on two checks

Idk if this place shutting down because it's half empty but God I hope so I went the other day and was shocked they were even open because ALL and I mean ALLLL if the produce section had mold and most of the meat products were going bad too.

Very hard to get a shopping cart.Shelves aren't stocked all the time, although not rude the customer service from cashier's is lacking.Liquor department customer service is top notch tho and 5 stars for liquor department

There's never any shopping carts so must shut back power up in carts it's ridiculous stores never stopped They need to clean the store up for the community why do us like this

This Pick n Save may be the worst in the city. Employees are rude, there are people standing outside and inside the door hounding you for money. Overall this store is a poor shopping experience that I would avoid.

The employees there are a mixed bag. One, possibly name Mala, was extremely helpful in terms of quickness when I went to pick up and order I placed online. Getting to her was not so fluid, however, as 11 am on a Monday is when you would expect someone to be working the customer service counter. Yet, it was unmanned. There were three employees manning the 1 person using the self checkout. That falls on the manager IMO. He/she should ensure that their employees are stationed where they can be most valuable to the business.Also, despite my online order being no more than 15 to 20 items, it was only about 35% accurate. Stupid me didn't notice it until I got back to the crib. Caveat emptor, as they say. Some of the stuff they effed up: like including 5 lb bag of sugar and big can of salt but totally missing the fruits and veggies and lunch meat and ground beef I ordered. Totally frustrating experience.

That's my neighborhood pick and save I love going there I love how clean and beautiful it is and the food is always wonderful fresh and inexpensive
