I would be happy to give -10 stars.Do not go here, you will only waste your time and nerves. They will take forever to unload.

They were very helpful and kept the trucks moving in the unloading process.

the worst place where I had a discharge. The appointment was at 3:00 a.m., the door was opened at 10:30 a.m. after I went to them 4 times. now it's 11.10 a.m. and I'm still not unloaded! skip this place if you don't want to spend your whole day!

Came in at 5:30 for 6:00 apmt. Got door right away, unload started on time, paid lumper fee $450 at 6:15, I had 7 POs so they had to breakdown and count, and it took them 9.5hrs.. got paperwork in hand at 15:10. All that time refer was on because I had another stop. I waited another 20 minutes to get 10hrs sleep and left. This place is a joke.

People seem nice. No parking overnight. Only place to park is in the street where signs say no parking. Backing into a dock from the street tends to be a bit snug. Even worse if someone parks across the street from the door.

Jesus christ. They make mclanes look good. I arrived. 30 min early checked in. Was told it will be 6 to 8 hrs before I get a door. Then the slow unload.

Slow. I pulled up 3 hrs early. There were two empty docks three trucks parked on Rd. I watched five docks empty.....two and a half hours later I'm in one of those docks I watched leave! Why didn't they give me the door when he left ? Would have been easier with out the now rising sun in my eyes and mirrors! A bit on the pricy side $270 for two PO's... pic's includes one of concrete light pole that is having a hard life, been hit multiple times. Backing is not that hard but set up is everything. What others say about parking is right on. Space for about 5-6 trucks tops

Good news, there is overnight parking with room for 6-7 trucks. Easy access, follow gps. Check in door is straight ahead just to the right of HANSEN STORAGE sign. Bad news, dock assignment seems random so getting here early is pointless. I parked here 9pm for a 5am delivery. Stop #5–last stop for me on this load but I have an 11am appointment 120 miles away with a washout needed first, and I’m probably gonna be late. Woke up 4am, reported to office at 4:30. Two trucks parked on the street and two new ones already docked sometime in the night, also waiting. Two new trucks roll in after 5am, check in, and are assigned docks within 30 mins. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting, waiting on a call and a dock. The woman at check-in asked if I had more stops—maybe I should’ve said yes?

In and out in 2h. The docks are on sloped surface, if you’re loading, could be fun on the clutch
