  If you are looking to store with ANY Public Storage this is exactly what you can expect…
  Rate Increases- although you are limited to how many times it can be lowered, this is more so because their numbers show that less than 5% who say they’ll move out actually do.
  The Insurance is a joke but they give the 1st 30 days free, this is in hopes you’ll forget about it.
  Repairs to the actual property most went through what they referred to as “Property of tomorrow” makeovers where they slapped a coat of paint on it and that’s it if you look at the halls they still cover holes with “Duct Tape” so it’s closer to a “land lord special” than anything.
  Rats and Roaches- yup they got a lot! What do they do about little to nothing (But the tenants are part of the problem as well bringing food into their units)
  Most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE does not exist more often than not that’s because the employee is not doing what they’re supposed to be doing.
  In short don’t rent with any PS property if you value your items.

  When I arrived to move in the unit- there was no
  One there to give me the lock that I had to pay for through the storage facility. I had to go to Home Depot and buy one. Additionally there was a container of urine in the unit.

  My key broke off inside my lock Angela didn’t even look at me, walked away into the back door of office and locked it. Waited 15 minutes for office to reopen and nothing. Have to go to 13th street all the time to be helped by Tyler Yesenia or Hanna. Glad I can be helped some where but it’s crazy I have to go to an entirely different location to be helped
