Requested stoppage of fuel deliveries as I was considering converting to gas this spring and didn't want to deal with a full tank if I decided to go that route. This request was acknowledged by Jacobus. Within a week I received a fuel delivery and now have to deal with a full tank.They don't seem to care about their customers' requests.

First, hats off to Mr. Jacobus and the team! My house has never been powered so well! The negative reviews are all LIES, likely concocted by the deepstate in a desperate attempt to sabotage this incredible family business. Pay them no mind, and continue to trust Mr. Jacoubs with your home energy needs.

Have been with Jacobus as long as we have owned this home and that is now 29 years. When it was just Jacobus our service was spot on and furnace/ac work spot on. Several years ago they partnered with mr hollands. We cannot get any service without them hard pressuring us to try and get more and always expensive other “issues” repaired. The need for them to “up sell” is concerning. Not to say that the oil delivery end is without faults. We are on an auto fill service and they allowed our tank to run dry about a year and a half ago in January . 24 hours without heat and the difficulty to get them here to reset the furnace was unreal. We have had some issues with our furnace since that we feel were precipitated by this event. Simply put, we do not trust them. If you have other options for this service I would look into them. Terrible company and customer service. They took money out of my account and never delivered services then billed me again. No one at the company can figure out why after weeks, they still didn't perform the service I paid for, then tell me what I paid for doesn't meet the minimum anymore and the price went up!!!Jacobus Energy, can you return the previously good company you purchased, I never had any problems with them?

DO NOT USE JACOBUS EVERGY! Get your heating oil from somewhere else. Was on a plan where Jacobus said they would refill oil tank when they estimate the tank is at 1/4 capacity. Woke up this morning with the house at 55 degrees because they never refilled the tank.They then apologized and refilled the tank and said they would have a tech out to restart the furnace between 4pm and 5pm. I left work early to be home at 4pm. No one came to restart the furnace. A lot of company’s offer heating oil. I strongly suggest you find a different one.

I was out of radio range and didn’t hear that fuel delivery truck was here. By the time I was able to get to him he was leaving the driveway. If he would have waited 1 more minute for me I could have gotten fuel but now I’m out of fuel.

Only place you actually have to chase around salesmen for days. After getting in touch with someone and exchanging emails, they just disappear and never hear from them again. 2 different sales people, same results!

Horrible customer service! Whatever representatives they have in the Jacksonville, FL market are impossible to get a hold of and don’t return phone calls. Their fuel drivers make excuses such as they couldn’t access a location due to an entrance being blocked however security footage proves otherwise. So basically this is a company with poor customer service both at the corporate and local level as well as fuel drivers that lie. Very sad when you pay good money for poor service.

I have worked for Jacobus Energy for almost 3 years now and I must say they still remain a really great company to work for the owners take care of there drivers and have the best equipment to drive and are very safety oriented and strive on making sure there people and the customers are takin care of if ur looking for a place like this then I recommend you to put ur application in at your nearest location it truly is the greatest place to work .

I worked in the La Vergne office as a driver. They are a great group to work with. MY problem is with the main headquarters and how they define or give you vacation time in PTO time so you never really get vacation time. I was screwed out of my last check. I never thought they would do that. They even stopped my Insurance on the last day of work but took the full payment from my check, which is illegal in Tennessee. I would not send anyone to work there.
