Very unprofessional. Advertised they closed at 7 and called up there to confirm. Got to the store around 5:50 and a random lookin “security guard” said they were closed. The staff is very lazy and don’t wanna do their job.

CASH was such a fun pleasant surprise for customer service in this area 🥰. I called looking to exchange a pair of boots 👢 I needed a 1/2 size up and she went above and beyond to make sure that she double checked for this certain pair. Not only did she find it she saved them for me @ the register 😇🥳🤩. Cash thank you so much for being such a wonderful person you are amazing 😍.

Store advertised closing at 7pm at 5:30p today they have some random looking security locking the doors and saying they closed very unprofessional….. extremely disappointed… like what club are they trying to get to ? They can’t finish they shift…. Probably lying on time

Store advertises to close at 7p. It's 6:32pm on Saturday 05/13/2023 and there doors are locked. There are workers standing at the register looking and laughing at the door. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. This is an ongoing issue at this location and it needs to be addressed!
