Would not recommended. Entire unit Damaged due to Flood That Occurred in August, Insurance is Paid monthly. ALL claims were denied of All Tentants that suffered any damage according to the Manager located on LAMPHAM. “It’s said that they don’t consider “flood” water damage. “Water Damage (leaks) would be approved which makes absolutely no sense.

These guys are awesome. Got me a unit the same day, and when it wasn't exactly what I was looking for I called customer service they got me another unit at an even closer facility for the same price

Horrible place dont store your stuff here they have multiple break ins and they have a 7:30pm curfew because of break-ins. i been here since 2010 before red dot owned it i hated being there. Customer service is not good , plus they always raising the rates smh ? bottom line they don't care about u period. ??? Red dot

Horrible service...snow piled in front of all the storage doors & the company doesn’t remove it. Only plow the drive ways so all the snow banks are literally in front of the garage doors. Never recommend this place to anyone.

I like the storage unit is taking care of. I have no worries with red dot storage if you have any problems they address them right away.
