Brought in my 2010 F150 on a whim because they were nearby, they fixed all the brake pads/rotors I hadn't serviced in years and did an oil change in an afternoon, great turnaround! I recommend them.

Ok, so here's the Shock. I haven't been to Reliable Auto. So I'm trying to be fair. Why isn't there a phone # or website? And who is Eric?? Does he do everything there? Or are there mechanics and assistants who aren't being recognized appropriately??
