Great selection and great service! They have quite a variety of furniture, and the staff made sure to check on us from time to time to check if we needed any assistance.

I worked at the store in Milwaukee. Unfortunately the b**** that they hired to run the store couldn't appreciate the great help that she had. As I was running my a** off, she decided to schedule me for like a 10 day run. As I was the only remaining FULL time employee that she had - I sent her an email saying that this wasn't the best way to treat your ONLY remaining fulltime employee! (am I wrong) After sitting though a 15 minute b**** session I kinda said f*** you and left the company! Target may not pay me what RH would but Target is a MUCH better company to work for!!!

On Sunday March 23rd, I went to this establishment with a friend. We were walking around, viewing furniture for a good 10 minutes and we kept being stared at by one of the employees. Of course, this specific gentleman came up to us and asked if we needed anything and engaged in awkward conversation with us. I felt as though we were being racially profiled against due to the fact that the employee NEVER asked any other patrons any questions. He also waited around the area we were in until we finally decided to leave. Overall, the employee made me very uncomfortable and I will not come here ever again.

Hi! I recently visited this outlet on Sunday, March 26th. I’ve been living in the downtown Milwaukee area all of my life and out of curiosity, I decided to visit this particular outlet because of the furniture display. We weren’t even in the outlet for 10-15 minutes and we were instantly asked questions as to why we were there. Might I add none of the other shoppers were asked these questions. We were constantly being looked at from every angle in the store. As we were proceeding to exit, the employee began texting on his phone and looking at us. We felt really uncomfortable and racially profiled. Especially since none of the others shoppers were asked questions or badgered as to why they were in the store, there’s a difference between asking someone if they need help/advice as opposed to continuously asking them why they are in the store. Good thing we didn’t spend any money here!

Outstanding display of great furniture at highly discounted prices. You've got to check out it out if you're in the market for furniture.

I visited this showroom during a recent vacation. Fell in love with a sectional sofa and full length mirror. The staff was so helpful in working with me on out of state delivery. Professional service and great selection

Love using this store to help inspire or design my clients home! They have great deals on floor model furniture and get new stock often!

I have to admit I haven't been there for a few years, but since the suggestion to leave a comment appeared here, I will say that I am pretty happy with my purchases. The downfall is that it is an outlet store, so you have to find your own moving people to get it to your home. Check everything carefully because most of the items are there because they are damaged. Some a little damaged and some a lot.

Great experience for myself and my husband. Prices are high ,but pieces were unique. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to find THE MOST BEAUTIFUL gold floor mirror for my boutique. They helped me find a company that was willing to deliver for a decent price and I am super pleased with my experience. I think it's maybe not for everyone as far as taste and price ,but worth a shot to look.

I don't find a lot of the people working here are very helpful number one. I think that they have very nice quality furniture and things but I believe that they're overpriced on a lot of things because they're either broken or sometimes not fixable for a small amount. I have bought a lot of furniture and I'm very happy with it because when they discontinue something and you can get a deal even at 30% off or 40% off it's good. They don't offer any services and they're not really great about loading it in your car or truck you have to do all that exceptional tiedowns and things like that otherwise it could get ruined taking it home. I think that they should have better management at the store they can coordinate the people that do work there to do a better job. And that goes for not only the sales people but the people who bring it out in the loading docks. I remember one boy helped me with dreadlocks and he really stood out as someone who cares. I tipped him 20 bucks. And I told him not to give any to the other guy only for him to keep it because he earned it and the other guy wasn't willing to do anything in fact the look on his face is like he didn't even wanna be there. So he shouldn't be there right. Anyway good luck I do have a nice furniture and you'll know what you're buying when you buy it.

I used to love this location, it was a chance to get some odd or 'slightly' damaged piece of Restoration Hardware at a deep discount. On a recent trip there however it has gone way downhill. The stuff that's left usually has major damage on it and is missing parts. Everything is on-sale all the time but the initial prices are now so inflated that you would have to be crazy to buy a dining table with a huge scratch or split in the wood through the middle for $3000 because in some fantasy land it was originally $7500. I have a feeling that the place is on its way out of this location, which is sad. It used to be a fun place to shop when the items there were somewhat of a deal. Instead went to Arhaus and found a great item brand new for less than the RH Outlet damaged price.

I always stop in when in the area or call to find out if they have what I am looking for. The customer service is phenomenal. They even have items that you can buy at RH retail for at least $200 less with zero damage! Just inspect the item you want and if you believe it is worth the price for you go for it! I get my bed linens and bath linens from here as well as beautiful furniture pieces. I am sad to find out that they will no longer have textiles, however hopeful that they will continue to have beautiful flawless furniture pieces. I compared a look a like furniture pieces that was $500 less and the main difference was the construction of it and durability. The cheaper one was made from MDF board while this one was made from Solid Wood. You most certainly get what you pay for! Our latest purchase was a Media console and linen sheets, the sheets were 60% off the outlet price. We purchased sheets for Twin, Full and King size bed, a total of 6 sets with duvet and extra pillows cases and it came out to just around $400 what a deal! We purchase the media console at over 50% off the online price. Loaded the console in our Truck on its side, we put the 2nd and 3rd row seat down and set it up Home the same day....

Fortunately and unfortunately we have shopped this location numerous times - finding pieces of furniture for our apartment. A couch, credenza, dining room table, and a few other choice pieces. In general, we love the RH aesthetic, especially my husband - who has been shopping there with his family for years - who has used merchandise to renovate our town home as well. We have shopped many of their locations across the country; in California, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts. However, since our last experience at the Milwuakee store, we haven't patronized RH since. The day we bought a few items, including a gray credenza/tv stand, we also set up delivery. Although RH doesn't offer in-house delivery they refer out to third party companies. Yet and still the issue was completely % still their fault! Once delivery was scheduled, the company drove from Illinois to Wisconsin to pick up our furniture (which had been paid for) to load, and deliver to us, only to arrive and be told the furniture couldn't be located!!!!So the delivery company of course called us to verify pick up/purchase/instructions, etc... phone calls had to be made, receipts had to be pulled out, more arrangements, and scheduling had to be done. It was an entire fiasco. Everything was settled, and a second appointment was made for pick up. Only for the RH employees to tell the delivery company they couldn't find the merchandise a second time! Thankfully the delivery company was much more professional and astute than the RH employees and involved management before they left the location, and were able to "uncover" our paid for furniture. We finally got everything delivered to us - but no real thanks to RH. Even at outlet prices, their furniture IS NOT CHEAP! To have such a poor customer service issue and experience is bad reflection of their business. We've spent thousands with RH, and as of yet, have not given them anymore of our money. How does a company take a customer's money, but then have issues not being able to give them what they paid for?! This was an extreme situation (I think). So much so that we will not return to this location for future purchases.

Older damaged items with hardly a discount. The amount they want for "outlet" furniture , is insane . They have some full sets for a few grand . You look closely there are nick and major scratches and dirt. You could definitely do better at a regular furniture store. Amazing they think 30, 40, even 50% off of already overpriced furniture is a good deal , when clearly most of the furniture are old as in 3 or more year older selections.

I’m super disappointed because this place looked SO CUTE! And I was really excited to check it out but once I was inside I was immediately concerned as there seemed to be no masks required for patrons and there was a man in there coughing. I decided to leave and not take the risk. I would love to return in the future if they started to require everyone to wear a mask to enter there store; for the safety of everyone.
