Rishi Tea & Botanicals is known for its high-quality teas, which have garnered a loyal customer base over the years. Many customers appreciate the fast and often free shipping, along with the innovative offerings that complement classic staples. Popular favorites include jasmine tea, chamomile tea, and English tea, which resonate well with diverse tastes. The company draws on ancient wisdom and industry knowledge while also being responsive to customer feedback. However, some customers express disappointment with the current packaging, particularly the use of plastic waste instead of more environmentally friendly options. Despite this concern, Rishi maintains a strong reputation for great tea and an enjoyable customer experience.
Great costumer service, their team is helpful and nice! The tea is great quality, I really like it, has been a loyal customer for 3+ years. Have tried many tea from other companies and Rishi became my favorite :) My favorite ones are raspberry leaf tea (reminds me of my home country) and masala chai, give it a try!
