Check in was quick and they loaded us up within 3 hours. They just did not let us know when we were done loading , no green/ red light, no phone call . I had to go in and check myself. But workers were really nice !

Called 30 minutes before delivery time window to schedule the delivery that was scheduled last week. Wasted the day waiting for my shipment to show up. They knew 2 days ago it wasn't gonna get here and they wait till 30 minutes before to tell me.
