This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I had a great experience. Brandon was very polite and a great salesman. He answered all question I had, and hooked me up with a great truck. He put very little pressure on me to buy the truck which was very pleasing.

I loved the new updated service entrance and also the updated remodeled waiting area. The ability to contact your tech rep at any time via text was a great addition. Also the Addison videos showing my car being inspected and tire tread depth being take was cool.

I take my car to the dealership for oil changes, im now done doing this..2nd time I had to buy my after market air valve covers.. Although not expensive, it's just a bummer that this happened twice now.. same place!If you wanted them, at least take all four and not just 2

I recently had some trouble with my car's transmission, and I was worried about the cost of the repairs. However, the staff at Rosen Nissan Milwaukee dealership went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly, even when the warranty didn't cover the full cost. In particular, I'd like to thank Aaron, Joe, and John for their help. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process.

I worked with Brandon and Steve and they were just easy and great to work with. Everything was straight forward and were very kind to find me what I exactly wanted. This is my second car being bought from this dealership! I highly recommend buying a car with them!

I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change as I’m here visiting family from out of state and needed it done before driving a long way back. Jonathan stated they had been over booked so I asked if I could come back when it was slower later that day. I worked with a newer employee later that day. I wish I knew her name she was great checked me in and Jonathan teamed up to deliver updates and great service for my first oil change. I’ll definitely be back if I have any vehicles needs in the future while in Wisconsin! Thanks for the five star service! ?

Kathy T. the Finance Manager, is the best! She made the process so smooth. I have purchased 4 cars from Rosen and every time Kathy was there to walk me through the process. Seeing Jeff Rosen in the dealership office made me smile. He was there when I bought my first car 18 years ago he had the most energetic commercials back in the day. However, there are two Sales Consultants that I never want to work with again Joe-the the manager, and Eddie R. who were rude, and unprofessional. I started out with a rookie salesperson named Ivan and he was kind but very green. He needs to be more educated on the vehicles, have confidence in what he knows, and be more enthusiastic. In the future, I will work with Ivan again for my next vehicle.

Jonathan and Pete were exceptional in every way. Jonathan went above and beyond for me it’s like I became a part of their family through this whole experience. And Darius with Nissan corporate was great as well he called me everyday with updates. One more thing Pete has always even great throughout my whole experience.

I must say- With no credit, i didn’t think i would be able to drive off in a good car. But Brandon Gorelik really went out of his way to find us a NICEEE SUV! He made our visit very accommodating and made sure to find us a good deal! This experience didn’t feel like a typical seller to buyer situation- it felt like a good thoughtful man helping out two youngsters buying their first car with a Good deal, good payments and warranty! My A/C went out during a road trip, so I only had 4 days to get it fixed before I had to leave. Nissan service made it a priority to get my car serviced before making the 6 hour trip home with no A/C. It was a great experience. John is service was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process.

Can not put a negative number unfortunately can not be given as a score but -10 it is. Rosen contacted me after a Yelp review (Faith) and was told what they could do to fix my car that they have 3 times for incorrectly repaired warranty work. Of course I was also asked if I wanted to trade in which I will NEVER purchase a car again from Rosen which my family has purchased 5 previously. After discussing issues I was told by Faith that I could work with the previous Service Advisor who still works for Rosen but at another dealership. The next morning I get a call from Brian from Nissan who hold me Faith told him to call. When asked why he was stepping in I was told that they could not have the preferred advisor work with me. I asked to speak with Faith. Upon her call she continued to speak over me as I asked if they changed the plan she ok'd why she did not have the curtesy to call me she gave me no answer but just talked around it and over me. She then told me if I don't want yo work with them "go somewhere else". I guess Rosen is ok with a long term customer moving on with water damage, mold in my car and warranty work that was returned 3 times. Will be calling to get a refund for the Kia warranty we have with Mr Jeff Rosen. Awful customer service!!!!!!!!

I needed to purchase a new vehicle, and I had the most excellent car salesperson! At first, I was looking at the Nissan Rogue, which is a very nice vehicle, but I wanted to have a towing capability of over 1500 lbs. That is when I met the Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek, which swept me off my feet! For a little more money, I received a lot more power and room. It rides like a dream and has all the features I wanted- A classy interior, the right amount of extra options, a lot of space, and 6000 lb towing capacity. The Rock Creek Trim has a sexy outdoor look which I liked more than the other Pathfinder trims.Kathy DieckMy salesperson, Doug, was great and patient with me. I take my time when picking a vehicle and he was respectful of that. I just needed a few days to think it over and he did not pressure me. If he had, I would have found another dealership! . When I said yes I will purchase it, in less than a day I was financed and driving my Pathfinder off the lot. Due to my great experience, I am telling everyone about Rosen Nissan and my salesperson Doug!A shout-out to Aaron Rosen for taking the time to discuss financing options and answering any questions I came up with!
