This was my first time visiting this store, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression. The cashier, Tom, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave attitude during a simple return, acting as though he was doing me a favor just by helping. The entire interaction was frustrating and frankly infuriating. Customer service like this is unacceptable—I would not recommend this store.

I love shopping at Ross in every State we travel. This Ross was a bit untidy and the Cashiers moved at a snails pace. I didn't get to purchase the things I held because wait to get checked out was so long..But I will still give them an E for effort. Keep up the good work.

Shopped here with my Mother, I'm new in town so she wanted to show me a place that has some good deals. Selection was decent and we checked out. 2 steps away from the register Loss prevention harasses us for our receipt. How would I steal something within 2 steps? You watched us shop and check out. Didn't feel welcome.

Got called for a one minute interview . Very unprofessional. Hangers on the floor clothes racks a mess. Tripping hazard definitely won't shop there.

LP (Loss prevention) will profile you and follow you around the store. Obviously staring directly at you. And ended up in multiple staring matches with one male and female. If you this happens to you, I recommend picking up and putting down things in different spots, circle the store. Have fun with it! Because these guys can't tell the difference from a buying customer and a thief. Lol

Not really a place I think I would go back to bcuz they don't have a good selection and a lot of the clothes were just all over the place but the cashiers were Amazing!

Very disorganized. A lot of clothes size are mixed up . Very long line to check out ( one cashier! For 14 people waiting ) this store need help ! The products are good prices and the floor is clean . Just need better management

They selling damaged product and not trying to discount it. There was a brush and only one that i needed. It had candle wax or some nasty film all over it and JAZMYN TOLD ME 10% and yall sitting here selling stuff yall wouldn’t even buy it is not that serious. unsanitary product. TERRIBLE.
