Summary: Shop somewhere else. Details: From the start their website was acting up. When I clicked the buy now button it would not add to the cart. After several attempts (I thought it was my browser) I ordered an item during cyber week and promptly received order confirmation. After about a week I decided to call in for the order status because I didn't see any update on line nor in my email inbox. However, strangely, I learned their team automatically canceled the order after receiving payment. Moreover, the team neglected to notify me that it was cancelled, neglected to provide an immediate refund. Neglected to source the product and honor their original price/invoice. After several calls, voicemails, and emails, they simply stated they will not source another item and I must pay a higher price. The listing was likely put up online at the wrong price initially which is human, but the way they conduct business is shady. They also have high restocking fees (up to 20% and virtually no worry free return policy), so I'd do yourself a favor go shop somewhere else. Unethical group and gave me a feeling they just didn't want to sell to me because they didn't want to admit any mistakes. Got additional excuses that the other rep is on her first day when I got on the phone the second time around. Again, save time and money shopping somewhere else. Their online systems sucks. There was nothing unique or positive about this particular experience. I felt lied to over email and over the phone as if I wouldn't know the difference. Misleading pricing and business practices.

I've purchased some camera equipment to be shipped to an overseas APO box and the entire transaction was great. They were very quick with their notifications and even responded to a question that I had via email in the same day. Shipping was fast, and well packaged. Horrible company. Shipped me two high value capture/playback cards in ESD bags, shoved into a tiny plain brown box with ZERO padding. Cards arrived DESTROYED!! Stay away from these clowns.

I can't say enough good about these guys! Great product, and OUTSTANDING customer service! It's been a couple of years since I bought my TriCaster, and Jeff is still right there to promptly answer any technical questions I have. These guys provide the best customer support you could possibly hope for!

Safe Harbor is an incredible company. I was in dire straights trying to locate a LaCie 5big case. Every store I contacted indicated that the item was discontinued. After searching the web I found Safe Harbor. The staff couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to assure me that the product was available. They arranged for a direct ship from the manufacturer and it arrived shortly thereafter. This store puts customer satisfaction as its highest priority. They are also extremely knowledgeable about all products. I highly recommend Safe Harbor and look forward to doing business with them in the future. In these days where I find myself mostly dealing with the larger suppliers for computer related purchases, it was such a pleasure to work with this company. It is apparent that they will leave no stone unturned to satisfy their customers. I also found the staff to be extremely honest in their business transactions. Thanks to Safe Harbor for a job well done and your wonderful service.

My Credit Card was fraudulently used in 2 other states just after purchasing from this site. I did not use the card for anything else, and it's always in a safe place. Stick with Amazon.
