Attempted to make an appointment by calling the salon about three to four times in a week. I had heard good things about the stylists and I was excited to book an appointment. Left several messages to no avail. No return call nor would they answer the phone during their salon hours. Eventually, after two weeks after I left my message(s)- and with no one answering the phone- I decided to schedule an appointment with Tailored Salon. They had a great receptionist who answered right away and gave me a mini-consult over the phone. I recommend going there for anyone who has a similar issue to my own.Edit: Reading comprehension is a skill not everyone has, it seems.TL;DR: Lacking in professionalism. Save your time and visit Tailored Salon. :)

Tyler did a great job on my daughter 's hair. She loved the atmosphere. She stated Tyler was very professional. Definitely we will be returning.

Kami is amazing! She asked questions and listened to my concerns regarding my hair. The attention to detail and time she took was beyond any stylist I have ever had. Seriously wish I could give more than 5 starsService: Haircut

Checking into get an new client appointment. Had specific question about handling specific hair type. First they said - no appointment till March which is understandable. Then after hold they came back band shared they don’t have an appointment. Strange business. Not professional. Don’t recommend.

Unprofessional and seems they have no concept of courtesy or professionalism. Appointments must be strictly based on recommendation by someone who is already a client if so they need to say so. Don’t provide unprofessional response. Shame that there are such professional businesses with such unprofessional attitude.

Great place but when I couldn't make the appointment due to last minute things going on, they called me to charge me which I understand the policy but also told me I wasnt allowed to come back which is pretty rude. I wouldn't have mind making a future appointment.

I had been bouncing from salon to salon and then I found Thor. hands down best hair cuts I have ever had. very talented and friendly staff. highly recommend!

I've been going to Salon Thor for about 2 years now and every time I go my hair is always perfect! They take the time to know what you want for your hair and make it happen. I've had some not so great hair cuts in the past so I haven't always trusted new places but I don't think I will ever go to any other salon ever again. If you want a good quality style that looks good as it grows out, this is the place to go. Highest of recommendations from me.Services: Balayage

Warning! They will keep your credit card in their computer system without notifying you/your permission. They will also charge you as they see fit. I made a purchase for some shampoo and hair products and apparently that was enough for them to keep my credit card information on file for future use and charges without my consent. Receptionist is horrible and should be fired! I see I am not the only one that feels this way. It's a pity because I really liked Kami as my stylist. I understand good help is hard to find but I highly recommend a new receptionist as the one that is currently there is rude, argumentative, and unreasonable. Doesn't seem like the way to go in a position that is a purely customer interactive based role. Most companies would try their best to keep clients, whereas this salon seems as though it doesn't mind treating customers who have gone for years like they aren't worth the time of day. I guess charging people $200+ dollars a visit for services they do not provide helps pay the bills. Emergencies happen, life happens, pandemics happen, unprecidented circumstances happen and the rules of this salon seem a bit too strict for me. Especially when you try your best to reason with a receptionist who seems to think he is the boss and makes the rules.P.S. Interesting enough in the comment below receptionist states he wasn't arguing or being rude, yet he makes a condescending comment right after ? Case and point?
