my wife needs to use the mobility scooter but this location only has 4 of them & they have been in use everytime we go. I have yet to be able to shop since buying a membership 10 days ago. We tryed 3 times but no scooters available. ?

called at 5:15 for tire department and after a lengthy hold a very snotty woman said "um no they close at 4" then hung up. ( note google has their hours untill 7 pm"i called a second location and was directed to india who said they should all be open till 6.and even though they had the tire i needed he said i would have to pick it up tomorrow even after i said i just needed the tire and id put it on myself. he said no same day service. which i found odd because 2 weeks ago a VERY nice gentleman at a different location did exactly the same thing in 20 minutes just before they closed. he was so nice to do this because he was also training someone and i did come very late in the day. he is actually the reason i was going to buy more from sams club but i wont be doing business with them unless it is the one the man who was actually nice, works at

I am physically handicapped, I greatly appreciate the few working battery operated carts, however they are in a state of disrepair 85% of the time that I go there. The woodman's across the street is able "most" of the time to provide carts to meet the need. It is humbling enough that I need to get around in the provided carts but to each time riding around to pick up 10 thing's then break down and try to finish in pain. well frustrating is a mild word. 10 years a member, 2 years with this struggle. Help please.

I don't recommend this location for curbside pickup. The reserved parking spots for curbside are always occupied with people that are shopping on the inside of the store. It's such an inconvenience waiting on someone to finish their shopping before you can get a spot to pick up an online order.

Worst Sam's Club in the area. Many items out of stock. Tables look like a Tornado came thru. Lines horrible. People with $700 orders in self checkout, no option for 10-15 items or less. Stood in line to get a hotdog & was told it would be 20 minutes? Asked to pay & wait until the hotdogs were done & I was told I couldn't pay & wait... I'd have to get back in line? What? Left wanting a hotdog. If you live in between this Sam's Club & the Waukesha location then go to the Waukesha Sam's Club.

Called couple days ago talked to a nice gentleman, order some tires and recieved the call that they are in yesturday, but was told to call back today 05/20/2021 to make an apt to come in. Called and they said they are doing invintory and not taking any cars. Doesn't make sense, ive worked in retail and know you still have to do your job while doing inventory. Communication with every employee is really lacking on what to tell the customer. I took a half day from work to get this done. Very frustrating. I had try calling back because i wanted to order 2 more tires, but phone just keeps ringing. There tire and battery center just isnt the same as it used to be back in the day. Very disappointing!

The store has almost everything, and everyone wears a mask (unlike the Waukesha location) much safer here Remember when you're getting gas, you can pull up on any side of the pump because they have the extra long hose The only issue I had is when I did scan-to-pay with their raspberries, the item wasn't in the database. I was told I'd have to wait in line... So I put the raspberries back didn't have that kind of time tonight I plan to visit here again

I just recently got a membership here and had a great experience. The staff is so nice and have a lot of personality. The store was clean and stocked.

Absolute garbage. Do not shop here, even for pick up. No one parks in the correct spot (or a single spot, for that matter). It’s ridiculous and a great way to get into an accident.

Huge thanks to Frank! He gives by far the best customer service! There was a mix up with our tire instalation, it was not his fault, never the less he took the blame and made it right. He is so patient and kind with every customer. We were there for a while and there was one not so kind customer and even with her he was still so kind and polite! I was very impressed and thankful for his wonderful customer service skills!! Keep up the great work Frank you are appreciated!

Decided to stop here instead of Costco this afternoon. Big mistake! Husband needed a new garmin gps for his business. Went through self checkout per normal. Waited and waited for the young lady to come back from God knows where. Asked her to get it out of the locked cage, she looked at the cardboard I handed to her. She throws it in a shopping cart with other items to be restocked, goes and gets the gps and shoves it in my hand and walks away. When we went to the exit we told the lady checking receipts that we won't be back and she says, WHAT?To my husband you are here all the time! She apologized to us, but this behavior happens all to often at this Sam's Club. They just lost a 20+ year customer

Service could have faster.THEY had only 1 car there when I pulled in the stall. 2 ppl working in shop I called them b4 I took my car. They close the tire shop @ 7PM but the guy told me they would take the last car @5PM...
