I have been going to the YMCA for about 2 months now and have had the worst experience, when I signed up I was told that my membership was good at all locations with all of my amenities, Brown deer ymca doesn’t honor the contract I signed at the YMCA in Brookfield, the 71 dollers I pay for membership that includes towel service and guest passes are not included, I was told today I had to buy a towel and my guest couldn’t come in ? I am not happy with this company and will be looking for a new gym to replace this membership.

I only used the pool to swim Laos. The water quality was cloudy to the point of not being able to see clearly 2 lanes over. More frequent backwashing or filter replacement?

Nice gym- friendly staff - friendly gym goers. Child watch staff is awesome esp Brenda. It’s also attached to the Schroeder aquatic center which has an Olympic style pool. Only drawback is the sauna consistently smells like mold. Otherwise, nice family gym overall.

I love all the group exercise classes that you offer. I like that you even have online classes. I wish you were open earlier and closed later. Maybe a few times throughout the year you could offer a 24 hour weekend or something. I would also like it if you could have a virtual demonstration of how each machine worked. There are lots of machines that I don't do because I don't know how and there never seems to be anyone available to show me. When will the whirlpool be back open at the Rite Hite location?

This is a super Y in Brown Deer, WI. Huge place with indoor track, indoor pool, any workout equipment you could want, basketball court and locker facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Someone is continually cleaning equipment. Hours of operation meet most anyone's needs. Can't say enough about the place. Silver Sneakers workout for free.

Open gym smell so bad I could not breathe. Paying for a membership does not quality you to sit above the pool area. I was told to leave after a large group had a meeting there.

Great facility, reasonable price and the group exercise classes were my favorite, but they are pretty disorganized lately. I have shown up for group classes twice this week and the instructor has not. Moreover, the front desk seems to know nothing about what is happening in the building. Mark the classes cancel on the website. It can’t be that hard.

This facility has everything you need to get in shape and stay in shape. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean and well kept. It does get busy from time to time just be patient or ask to work in with someone.
