I have used Sherwin for almost 20 years. Mary Ann using a faulty color match system got me the best paint match I have ever received. Her customer service was amazing and her work phenomenal.

Jackie (Assistant Manager) went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience at Shermin. She went above and beyond to ensure the paint code matched the sample that I brought. After weeks of stressing, it finally made me feel at peace when I left I left the store. Thanks again for all your help.

Lady at the counter couldn't do a simple return. Goes to ask manager for help, does close to nothing and then tells me to go to the store i bought it from. . . Thanks for wasting 30min of my time for nothing 🙄

Very unprofessional experience with the young lady working at the counter on September 21 at 1 PM. I would recommend any other sherwin Williams besides this one, don’t waste your time.

Go in there don't know my size for painter whites anymore since the tag wore off asked to try on them quick to make sure ladie says hold on one second I follow her she didn't realize goes to bathroom in back I'm behind her while she knocks on the door for her co worker in there and says "I have a customer who wants to try on pants" and the co worker LAUGHS HAHAHAH while in bathroom talk about rude to one of your customers take my business to hallman and Lindsey atfer that.

We haven’t experienced good service here. My husband went in for a color match and they got the color correct but chose the completely wrong sheen, so it didn’t match the wall sample that we brought in. They refused to correct the mistake so now we’re stuck with two quarts that don’t match.
