I had a lot of anxiety about my storage situation after receiving a lien notice, and when I called SmartStop I ended up speaking with Chris. He was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding through the entire conversation. He clearly explained all my options, reassured me that I still had time to save my belongings, and gave me a payment plan that I could realistically manage. I honestly felt a huge relief after talking to him. Customer service like that makes a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you, Chris!
