The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. was told a problem was fixed in 2021. never heard back from them and then get sent to collections in 2024. Rude customer service giving me attitude the whole time. the service also regularly goes out and they dock your speed. DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY

Not for this store specifically but if anyone is thinking of going with spectrum, don't. It's trash and half the fine print you read is false advertising. It said I have 30 days to purchase protection for my new device and it's been 20. When I spoke to an agent she said it's a generic message and that it's not true. You can only purchase protection at the time of buying the phone. No where on spectrums website does it state that. Also most of their employees have bad attitudes and aren't helpful.

Spectrum service guys Rudy and Will came to the house to inform us there was a problem at our house that was affecting several people in our neighborhood. We had no idea this was possible but they explained how this could happen. These guys could not have been nicer. They fixed the problem and helped us straighten our some of our wiring to give us better service. Hats off to Rudy and Will!

After 14 years with Time Warner/Spectrum, I'm finally done with the garbage. Promotion discounts mean nothing when you continue to increase the base prices $3-$4 every 3 months. Ridiculous. I had 500MB internet with spectrum & was paying $85-$90 per month. Switching this afternoon to AT&T for 1G fiber for $80. The funny thing was when I called to see if/where they could save me some money, there was nothing to get rid of because I was already at the basic's of everything! $145/mth 8 months ago...now at $190 for 20-30 channels and internet.... so sad.

We have spectrum tv, we're upset over dropped channels, they should have been prepared for this and had an automatic credit for channels they no longer offer We are switching by going with a couple steaming services getting only the channels we actually watch We are saving a lot of money, also Spectrum should have been prepared for the fall out, and have more reps handling calls for disconnections, right now it is a 5 hour wait. I am guessing they will be losing thousands of customers. Most of which won't come back even if they bring channels back. If you have stock in Spectrum, drop it as soon as possible

I understand spectrum is you know in a fight with Disney but I am still paying the same amount on my bill. I think spectrum should make this correct with their customers. Why do they get to decide what we can watch when we're paying for our service. I wish I could drop spectrum they are terrible. Only service provider in my area.

I was stressed out from moving apartments and had difficulty setting up my new service online. I had the pleasure of being helped by Vanessa but had the same issue when I came in, my address not being on file. It was near closing so I had to come back the next day but Vanessa went above and beyond. She starting the process of adding my address even before I even came in. When I came in the following day she was able to resolve it (a unit number discrepancy) and was able to go home and had my Wifi up and running within the hour. One of the very few times I’ve had a team member go above and beyond to help me out. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Vanessa!
