After asking for a manager 4-5 different times and practically begging for help I was asked to leave. After I refused to leave until somebody at spectrum helped me with my SPECTRUM issues, I was then informed that the police would be called on me if I didn’t change my tone. Are you kidding me? I’m a customer, not a kid. The manager eventually did come and help (took like 5 minutes, less time than they spent threatening me) after I told her entire staff that I DO NOT CARE and they can call the cops on me if they want. It should not take a willingness to face law enforcement to be served. I should never have to use the words “maybe when the officers get here, they’ll get me somebody who can help”. That’s insane.

I went to Spectrum earlier today to get a new line and the three men who were working there (I'm sorry I don't remember any of their names) were so nice and helpful. Whole service took 20 minutes. They were also extremely kind. I went to ATT right across the street right afterwards and the customer service was absolute trash. I asked about upgrading a separate line there to a phone they didn't have in stock. I told them I would just order it online myself and the man said, "I'd rather you not. I don't get paid if you do that." These Spectrum men would never. Anyways, thanks again for a great experience. Hopefully the owner sees this and the date and can figure out the names of the employees who were working during my visit!

I think my experience at this store today was possibly the worst customer “service”. I’ve ever had. Husband’s phone quit out of the blue, went to the store to get a replacement, was told he wasn’t on the account and gave him a brochure to fill out a form. I called customer service and was told he IS on the account, store was wrong. Ordered replacement. He went to store with replacement and was told the account holder (me) had to be there. Went in today and was told we needed some consent capture thing. ?He told US to call customer support and get that. Called and had to go around a corner by the bathroom so I could hear over the 3 employees talking so loud to each other about food trucks. Was asking store person for help with the person on the phone, and he pretty much blew us off. So we spent over an hour doing something we could have done at home. There were 4 employees in that store, we were the only customers, and that’s the “service” we got.

Very clean store and employees were very friendly and were a great help on my switching over to a new provider. I have had no problems with my new service with Spectrum. Saving money every month.

This complaint has more to do with spectrum as a company rather than this particular store. I gave two stars rather than one because of the friendly customer service at this location where I activated my service.Since getting spectrum I have had multiple increases in the cost of billing and issues with spectrum double billing or overcharging me. Aside from the many hidden fees associated with being a customer at Spectrum their customer service over the phone is so so.When I finally decided to leave for another company I was offered promotional pricing to stay. After agreeing to stay for the promotion pricing I made a payment on the app that didn't reflect on my billing statement. Spectrum said they had no idea where the money went and the credit card company didn't reverse the charges because I authorized them. So after that I am resolved to take my business to a company that is more on top of billing and overall customer care. Hopefully I can reclaim my lost funds in small claims.

The Spectrum website and all of the in store kiosks were broken, so eventually I had to go here after calling in. It did not feel welcoming in the store. The employees are helpful, but a bit gruff and uncommunicative. Thankfully everything worked with the internet after I went here, but it could've been a lot smoother.

I stopped using Spectrum years ago because of all the issues that were constantly happening. I decided to try them out again for multiple reasons. From basically the start till right now, it's been to say the least stressful and very interesting. Just to get to the store that I'm giving this feedback on, the employee I dealt with twice was someone that needs to be better trained. He told me I couldn't pick up my equipment from the store, after I was told I could pick it up there. I decided I wanted to get my cellular phone online. So I had to come back. So to cut through all the other stuff that happened in the meantime and prior to seeing him, I went back to the store yesterday( December 2023). He was setting up and transferring my data, Etc from my current phone and told me I needed to contact my current provider and have them send me a PIN code to complete the process. I did that. Explained that I did it. He forgets about it. Tells me that now I'm going to have to call Spectrum to have them transfer the phone number to the new phone and give them the pin. Telling me that it's probably good thing because their system is running slow and I probably would have been out of service for like 2 hours. Not only could I have already done that on the phone with Spectrum, but I still do not have my phone active, after speaking with or other individuals. There's so much more to say about all of this. You can make your own judgment call on what I'm saying, but all this has not been worth it for me. Yes, in the end I'll have the things up and running, but none of these problems should have ever happened and again it's still happening right now.. where I do not have my phone set up completely. I was told early a.m., the system was still down and my phone should be working by 6:00 a.m. I'm still using my old phone at the time. This is Spectrum / Charter Communications.. high speed internet, excellent cable service, bells and whistles.. yeah yeah. Take it for what it's worth. Have a good day

Initially, my partner and I felt really great switching to spectrum mobile. Dan seemed very helpful. We were told we could have one line for $29.99 and add a second line free for a year. We asked every question possible to make sure we were understanding this correctly and our contract did indeed say $29.99 per month flat. What Dan failed to explain is that we actually were going to have to pay for this second line. I look to my bill for next month and see it's at $60. I call billing and am told the promo doesn't kick in for a few pay periods. So for at least two months, we have to pay for what was supposed to be a "free" phone line. This wasn't just a miscommunication, this is straight up going against the year long contract that we signed and deceiving the customer. While the 1 year free will start once the promo kicks on, we are now stuck with spectrum for at least a year and 2+ months until their system works.

Ive been to this particular store for a couple addresses now. They have always had quick, polite, and thorough service. Most of the time I dont aniticipate cable places being very quick and convenient, but this location has helped me pick up and drop off equipment several times without a hitch.I dont have Spectrum anymore because their speeds simply arent competetive for the price, but this store makes me still like Spectrum

not the biggest fan of spectrum because my internet connection is spotty, but the worker here that helped me out was extremely polite and helpful. when my modem broke, he replaced everything for me and I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
