So, I had to rush into the speedway for an emergency. As I was trying to go into a restroom, the guy at the front counter saw that I needed help and was laughing as he gave me the key. He first told me to “run run run.” Next, he proceeded to say about me being a grown woman having to rush to a restroom.
When I got into the restroom, not just one of the employees, but another one was talking about me and laughing at me. I felt so extremely embarrassed and so angry.
After a little bit, I went to the front counter to give the employee the key back. I then said, I hope this was funny to you and said have a great day and walked away. A minute of me walking away to the door, I heard him say, “I didn’t mean to offend you.”
Excuse me? You offended me when I was at a vulnerable state and needed to do my business.
I will never go to this place again.
I am happy enough I got a hold of customer service. I hope these employees get talked too and fired.

9yrs shopping at this location and always pleasant staff, recently all new staff and rude, I approached the counter he had headphones on not listening, had to repeat myself twice untill he removed his music, than added a x2 item i did not ask for (only one) but yet processed to tell me thats what I said , I asked for refund and he said no,
Place is already over priced and now trashy...
Devin is great tho.

Idk why this location NEVER can do the job that is what makes this company money, stock the shelves. 5/5 times Ive had to leave or at least ask for the products that came here for. Workers are constantly talking about personal issues instead of checking customers out or stocking their shelves. If you ask them to help you, it's like your looked at as a rude person for interrupting them. Sad sad sad. No wonder they have so many people stealing from them, of no one is paying attention or even seems to care shady people will do shady things.

went here cpl days ago in early morning about 6isham a heavyset female in a blavk pickup truck came barrelling into parking lot and nearly frontended me then started cursing me out that shes the manager there WILL PARK ANYWHERE SHE WANTS
HAVE HAD SEVERAL INSTANCES AT THIS LOCATION AS IT IS VERY SMALL LOCATION
AND PEOPLE JUST PARK WHEREEVER

I am current a regular customer, which enjoy close speedway. However, one of employee has gone off on me 3 time like child temper tantrum. She never remember my cigarette brand, which OK maybe she doesn't smoke fine. Two time snaping on me at snapping at me at the register. The third time was a second new employee may not hit right button but debt or credit card did go thur she the other employee ran out to car to let about failed transaction when new employee let walk away.
fine However, when this happen I need to verify that the payment didn't go thur but she long line understand but play soon very on the phone with bank or credit card that transaction fail before resubmit the payment. I have verified that not paying twice at this point. She yell at when on phone bank or credit cards make sure was fail transaction. I add avoiding her for few weeks however, did line up again seem fine
however , again asking for bathroom key She snap again at me. Note the other new employee the other girl has bad attitude swear in store in front customer with another employee that outstanding over her need her watch and cover the second register when store busy with long line.
I sorry Nicole but this two employee with attitude problems Does warrant me use my customer purchase power at other Speedway or other store for a year. ALL the other employee are outstanding but this two bad apples ? will suspended me purchase at your location of one year. I am Uber driver that at least buy two coffee monster drink and sometimes fill gas at your store. $20 to $ 50 dollar of sale lost for a day for year at minimum. These two lady poor customers service skill will cost this location $7,300.00 to $18,250.00 in next year in sales the new employee should keep mouth shut to and learn from number excellent employee at this store location. The other lady doesn't have what it take to be in customer service job. Again sorry Nicole and congrats on becoming Manager. I going to be taking my consumer purchasing power of $7300 - $18250 to other Speedway or other store in the area.

The only time this location is actually decent is on 3rd shift or right after 3rd shift gets off, you go in the afternoon, NOTHING is stocked, the hot food holder always has expired food, the creamizers are always empty but staff is behind the counter on phones, doing counts, nd taking breaks, forget who cares about the customers that put the money in the store......the store really went down hill, its pathetic

I'll never go to this speedway again charged me 21.25 for a pack of cigarettes and a donut called to talk to somebody about it and got ignored with no response basically robbed me.

Came in the store with my 11yr daughter and the older lady that is an employee, was standing next to the cashier and was swearing up a storm about another customer. Find it be to rude and disrespectful, be more mindful of the others around you.

Watch out for the debit /credit card reader here. I've had to report several times that money was stolen from my card. When you tell the cashier how much you want of gas. You go slide your card and it will say insufficient funds when I have money in the bank. So I say this is wrong something wrong here with the card reader it takes more than you've requested. So I payed in cash to get the gas , even though I knew that I have money in the bank . I go to my bank and get the receipt to know my balance and speedway took my money out of my card . When it said declined insufficient funds. I was soooooo angry I went to personally confront the cashier the one with the crooked teeth bad attitude and tattoos acted shady when confronted about the money missing from my debit card. then I went to the bank agent to make my case and showed them the receipt.. Nothing was done about it .this is the third time that this happened. Not going to use my debit card there no More . I've made my case with my bank . Hopefully I can get this resolved. I longer trust them anymore. Just use cash. I totally stoped going there .

Every time I come in here the store is clean and food is always fresh. The two mangers are awesome Ericka and Nicole are always so nice and will go above for you. Small parking lot is my only complaint.
