TERRIBLE! When you go to this specific Speedway, you have to line up in order to get checked out at the register. I waited in line for several minutes. A gentleman came in grabbed a water and went right up to the register by the front door. I explained that I was in line waiting a while. The cashier was so RUDE, I left. I refuse to patronize such TERRIBLE customer service. They need to shut this one down like they did the one on Hampton Ave.

No diesel gas pumps that fit regular cars. Shelves empty. Very understaffed. Dirty. Gross bathrooms. Very expensive on gas as well. 0/10 awful experience never going again.

Speedway used to be the best gas station to go to. Let me first say that the staff was nice and had great attitudes! I will definitely get gas if the price is right. The stores are just dirty looking. The floor is visibly dirty and those mats are disgusting and covered with debris. The food areas are disgusting. You can tell that the area has not been cleaned properly. I would not buy food from here, not even a quick bite. Back in the day when I was growing up it was not like this. This is bad for business. Management needs to do better and the stores clean and presentable. Hire more people so that the stores are staffed properly. Make sure that the staff is cleaning the stores appropriately. Thank you!

This store is just a mess. Nothing is stocked, the lines are always unreasonably long and there are ALWAYS employees standing around on their phones, watching TikTok, not doing their job. I get gas here twice a week, and there has never been windshield washer fluid in the buckets.Cashiers are slow, watching their phones or talking on speaker while patrons wait in long lines. This place needs guidance and training. Hope they get it together.

Location is getting better and is now under new management. A store manager that actually cares. The coffee machines were acting up. He fixed them and then gave me a free coffee for my trouble.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! I bought a lottery scratch off ticket. An it was a winner, well I tried to cash it in at a different location an they told me the pack hasn’t been activated so they couldn’t pay it out. Mind you I live 30 mins from the store so I called 20x an no one answered. So I had to go there an had a rude interaction with an employee. He said I had to wait till the next day for them to watch the cameras to make sure I bought it from their store, instead of just making sure that game was in their system! So be careful buying scratch offs from this store because they will basically sell you a fake ticket take the money and not fix the problem, and make you feel like your a liar an are faking a ticket!
