Horrible attitude from all employees and staff. Couldn’t even greet when walking in. All are worried about 1 customer while there’s multiple customers on the sales floor. Didn’t want to check if they had a screen protector in stock, immediately said no. Horrible store.

I was having the worst day with T-Mobile customer service and decided to walk into the store! It was around 3pm today and they all greeted me with open arms. It was slower when i was in but they were all super friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you Fresh water way T-Moblie for making my day!

Had incredibly poor customer experience here with my father. Initially staff was a bit friendly, but when the person in the back came to help, she was very short and impatient with my father. She raised her voice and even made a few snarky remarks. Eventually, we just left and our issue was handled by T-Mobile customer service over the phone. I have no desire to ever return to this store and be treated like this again.

If I could rate this location 1000/10 I would! This was my first time visiting and I needed to add a line to an existing account, trade in my current iPhone and port over my old number from another carrier and they helped me with all of that and more!De’Airist and Yolanda were the BEST! De’Airist helped me with everything from deciding what phone to get, talked through all my options, ran through pricing and helped me pick out a case, charger and screen protector. He was trustworthy and knowledgeable!They helped me from start to finish, were friendly, made me feel welcome and enjoyable to work with - especially since transferring phone lines can be a hassle sometimes (they were amazing all the way through!).Can’t speak enough about the great things about my service here and I was able to build great trust and rapport with the team. They went above and beyond with their customer service even through this process.I highly highly recommend!!!!

If I could rate this location 1000/10 I would! Horrible customer service, unfriendly attitudes, they do not have things in stock like basic iPhone head phones or the Jack to use traditional head phones.Got my new phone here and switched from AT&T and it took them 3 days with my old phone to transfer everything over.I recommended going to a different t-mobile and I surely will not be back here ever. I regret switching to this company. The home internet is also spotty and unreliable. I should have kept spectrum.

Doors were locked during open hours and workers in the store. No response to me trying to enter so I called. Said they worked for security reasons and that they would let me in. Get entry into the store and get zero acknowledgment from anyone in there so I walked out

Everytime I goes in this location it no sense of urgency or spoken too (Ibe right with you or nothing). It's always one person working with one customer other standing around talking. Just all round poor customer services

I purchased an iPhone 11 brand new with T-Mobile plan at the store, however, when I purchased, I knew I could return it within 2 weeks with full refund. Within the second week of having the phone, I had an issue with the phone, took it to the Apple Store and fixed the problem. So since the phone had given me a problem already, I decided to return it and buy a newer version of Apple phone. The sales guy with big beard, but inexperienced young guy told me that I cannot return the phone and my purchased was final. He was really rude and hang me up the phone when in fact I was polite; however, I knew I had a consumer rights that I have two weeks to return the phone with full refund had I not liked, it's the law and the store guy clearly violates the law and my rights. I called T-Mobile customer service, explained the situation and opolgize to me the store's behavior and send me a return label via email and ship the phone back to T-Mobile. In return, I have ordered an iPhone 14 that will arrive tomorrow in my mail. I am satisfied how T-Mobile handled the customer situation, but this particular store doesn't align with orgnaization's values and should pay the price of its behavior.

Excellent customer service! Wendy and Yadira went out of their way (several times) to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and also checked to see that everything was up and running properly before we left. I haven’t written a review in a while but I was SO impressed it’s the first thing I’m doing with my new phone lol. Much thanks to you both!!

I had to download google maps to leave this review for Yadi, but it was worth it. From the second we walked into the store she was cheerful and happy to help us. Yadi is extremely knowledgeable and was constantly making us laugh. She helped us efficiently and we ended up getting everything we wanted! Will definitely be back to work with her in the future!
