This Starbucks makes my drink wrong every single time. They don't read the labels, are slow even though it's somehow not busy in the store, and act like you're inconveniencing them by ordering something.

Barista was too busy talking to his friends and making their drinks that he forgot all about my drink and when I asked about it he admitted that he forgot.

Last time one of the employees gave me food out of the display app. I found out today there not supposed to do that. Who can I talk to file a complaint? This could have made me sick. Plus the display case has flies in it. The employee name is Malcom

Placed a mobile order for one iced drink and ended up waiting 35 minutes while others were getting their drinks before me. The workers were rude, clearly forgot about my order, and made it completely wrong. It tasted like warm coconut milk and had barely any espresso in it. I recommend literally any other Starbucks in the area, but this one is horrible.

This was the worst caramel macchiato I have ever had. It was luke warm, and very bland. It was as if there was no coffee in it. Very disappointed!

Bad Starbucks . I don’t go to Starbucks because I love the coffee. I go for the convenience and this place is highly inconvenient. I live across the street from this one and still avoid it at all costs. I’m never greeted when I walk in. I don’t take this personally. it’s not that I demand a friendly “hello” - I simply would like to be acknowledged. Every time I come here I see 3-4 baristas talking to each other completely ignoring me as I stand waiting for my someone to come to the register (sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes) cashier is usually in the back having a personal conversation. finally, the service is incredibly slow. It’s a busy location so some wait is to be expected but it is extremely slow even considering this. I’ve sat for 20 minutes waiting for my order and again -no acknowledgement. Just a quiet muffled calling of my name.
