1st time I've ever been to a Starbucks & I will be returning. Very clean, delicious frappuccino, friendly staff, fast service. (Very Helpful employees, I wasn't sure how to order what I wanted & she was great with helping me!)

I like the fun personalities at the drive thru. Parking lot layout sucks though. However, I do recommend the pistachio cold brew with extra cold foam or the matcha frappe, extra matcha, no syrup with strawberry purée on the sides of the cup.

My daughter and I went in to get a chocolate covered strawberry frappuccino. We where in there for almost 20 minutes before we got our drink. Every unorganized!

I did a mobile order here it was during a busy hour so I can understand this a little bit but I did a store pick up I walked in and I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes. The app said that my order should be ready 10 minutes after pick up I waited in the store for 30 minutes, I eventually walked up to one of the work, and was asking where my drink was and they told me that the order was already served. It has been sitting in the back corner of the ledge hidden, and they didn’t even announce that it was ready either that it was mine I said it was during busy hour, but the employees should be a little more aware of what is going on and what drink is sitting on the ledge

Literally just received a door dash order from this location and what a joke. I spent $20 on 2 venti coffees and these are half full.

I ordered a venti red-eye but I got a coffee that tasted like tea/water. Maybe this place should be closed down if the service is always terrible.

I went today at 3:00 in the afternoon to buy 2 frappe and the people who were there today were upset or did not feel like working. I stopped to order and there were no customers in front and they did not serve me. I spent almost 10 minutes and it was as if No one bothered me and I left and didn't buy anything. I hope they can solve it.

I ordered two coffees for my wife and I online with a pick up time of 9:53am. When I got to this location there was a line stretching out onto Layton Avenue and the storefront was closed. I then sat in the drive through line until approaching the speaker at 10:15am. I recommended that if the storefront was to be closed they should disable online orders in a polite manner. The person behind the speaker then got an attitude with me, referring to me as “bud” in a condescending tone, telling me that they are the little guy, nothing they could do as the manager is not there, and there is nobody for me to escalate with. Even stated “if I had a problem I could take it to Google”, so here I am. As I pulled up another employee asked who I was picking up for and then slammed the window after I answered. I was then handed a coffee with two lids (neither sealed) that leaked all over my vehicle and had clearly been sitting out since 9:53am as all of the whip cream topping on my wife’s coffee had settled in to the beverage. Absolutely pathetic service, I’d now like to recommend new attitudes to the employees I dealt with because with an attitude like that you’ll always be “the little guy”. I am understanding if the manager isn’t there and the workers are having a rough day, but there is a difference between people who step up and execute in these situations and people who give up and display a poor attitude like the people I dealt with today.
