The atmosphere is not very relaxed.I gathered awkward vibes after what seems a shift manager coached her employee - seated one table over from where I was sitting. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing in a sense.

I made a mobile order, and had my friend pick it up. She was told at the window that I hadn’t ordered any food after specifically asking for it. So I called and explained the situation, and the worker “Lizzy” told me I had to go pick the food up and she wasn’t able to give me a refund. Both of us are working and are unable to pick it up. After asking multiple times to get a refund she finally reluctantly gave me a refund for just the food. She told me we was unable to do it in the first place, minutes later she changed her mind. Both me and my friend have worked at starbucks so we know the policy. I am dissatisfied with my service and would rate zero stars. The attitude from the staff was completely unnecessary.

The worst coffee I've ever had..swear it was on purpose they wld make something so terrible.decaf carmel macchiato tasted like old stale waaaaaaay to strong burnt straight coffee..no flavor no sweet anything! Absolutely disgusting! Had I not jumped on the freeway I wlda went back..but I will take this garbage back..shocked by this.complained through chat with corporate as well as sent an email..still nothing..gotta be a way to shut places like this down

I agree with customer posted 3 yrs ago! This is by far the worst Starbucks in the area! It took 30 minutes in the drive thru- then I get to window and they were going to charge me $15 for a venti iced machiato! To find out they didn't have it made- then I got it.had no.caramel in it! Worst drink ever! I very often avoid this location even though closest! I should never have gone back! This location has always been slow, and at.times very rude! I agree with previous comments that they should close this location- because im tired of hearing excuses they are short staffed! That's always for years been there excuse. Other location never have a 30 minute wait in drive thru.

I go to this Starbucks a lot, and normally it's great. On 12/19/23, at 8:29 p.m., my friend and I pulled up to the order screen in the drive-thru. We came in the back way, and neither of us were sure whether they were still open. All the lights were on, so we waited at the order screen. After a few minutes, we pulled around to the pickup window. Again, the lights were all on, and we could see three employees moving around, and one was making a beverage. One guy saw us and waved. I waved back, and we waited. None of the three workers looked at us again. We waited for nearly 10 minutes, then the inside lights went off. So, obviously, they were scheduled to close at 8:30. Any of them could simply have told us they were closed, but they didn't. Rude! Management needs to emphasize that customer service doesn't always mean serving the customer. A simple "sorry, we're closed" would have worked instead of pretending we didn't exist.

My order was placed at 7:01 am . After watching everyone standing in the main lobby waiting for theirs, and watching 15 drinks on the counter for online orders - even though all of us were standing waiting for in store orders , I started to wonder when I would get my ONE medium size hot beverage (no fancy instructions - ordered it as it comes). Didnt get it in my hand until 7:19. Not sure why it takes 19 minutes for one coffee - and why all the online orders are being made in excess when INPERSON customers are standing around. This has happened more than once. Most of the girls there are very nice but a few have ridiculous attitudes . I live right around the corner and will no longer go to this location or starbucks. After multiple visits and the same thing happening I think its time to move on to another coffee shop.

Came in to brag a quick coffee. There was nothing quick about this location. The line was crazy and I'm assuming the staff was way over welled with the amount of orders. Wait 23 min to get a drink.

This is a typical Starbucks. Has a drive through (as most do now). The staff is welcoming and efficient.
