They don't accept payment online, they don't accept payment over phone after hours, and they don't have any kind of way to update payment information unless you manage to connect with the specific location on phone during their business hours. So avoid this place if you don't want to be swindled out of your belongings. Also there are countless rats in this facility

I would 100% not recommend this place.
First of all, they only stay open till 5pm during the week and are not open on Sundays so it's difficult to access your storage. It used to be until 10 PM. Not only that, but they are infested with roaches and mice. I saw roaches all through the hallways. There were dead mice in my unit with mouse droppings on everything, I also had water damage. I have a video of the roaches but I can’t post a video on here.

I had a nice experience with Ebony and we decided not to go with the storage unit. She said she would cancel and refund me what I paid. I was very impressed and appreciated the offer. She seemed very honest and sweet. However, after leaving, my card was charged and then my storage unit was cancelled. I did not get a refund. I was charged instead. I tried calling multiple times and no one picked up. I even called the customer service and they tried to reach out and did not get a response. I was told they sent an urgent email but I've yet to get any response. I'd like to know what happened and how to solve this issue. 90 dollars is not cheap!

Ebony (Manager) was very helpful, she was honest, and she was very personable. She made the rental process very easy and eased my mind by answering all my questions.

I recently came in to inquire about a storage unit, and spoke with a young lady by the name of Ebony I just want to say she was so patient and professional with me and my thousands of questions. I did not get the unit due to luck being on my side but if I ever need one I will be returning.

I had a great experience at StorageMart! Ebony was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Even though they didn’t have the exact unit size I originally wanted, she went out of her way to find the best possible option for me. She was patient, accommodating, and made sure I still left with something that fit my needs. Excellent customer service thank you, Ebony!

Ms. Ebony was so much help this was my first experience with storing my items she listened then gave me options for storing she was patient and very polite I asked a thousand questions she answered everyone I would definitely recommend Storage Mart @ S. 28th Thanks Ms Ebony for everything your amazing at what you do:)

Very satisfied with the service. Ebony was especially great — professional, friendly, and really easy to work with. Communication was excellent, and the facility is clean and secure. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Highly recommend StorageMart!

Moving is stressful! Fortunately Ebony of StorageMart on S 28th Street, Milwaukee helped ease the stress. What a Professional! Her Office area, loading dock, hallways, and the storage unit itself were very clean. I would highly recommend this facility. If Ebony’s Supervisor is reading this - you got a keeper!

I thought I was in New York seeing how big the roaches here are. Just when I was done loading, they started scattering every angle!! Then a huge bed bug made it’s entrance & I literally almost passed out. I couldn’t even think straight I was so mad. The final relief of unloading then having to reload was so exhausting. & The pests been there for a while, mfs like middle aged adults you ask me!
