I have only been to this location about a handful of times. The first two times were fine. They were mobile orders. However, today was a little different. My kids and I wanted to get churros before the day started. We did get a few, and just from getting it and going to the car, the churros were very chewy. After about a few more minutes, they became hard! (Rock hard) I understand this may happen from time to time, and I wanted to call the store and let them know. The man that answered the phone stated he was the owner and reassured me this is how the quality of the churros are and asked me not to come back to that location to buy food. I was not asking for my money back or a replacement just to let him know the ones I bought were disgusting. However, after our conversation, I would say his attitude was more disgusting. He claimed to be the owner, and after reading the most recent reviews, I understand why this location has been going downhill. I will also be reaching out to corporate, I do hope the owner gets the proper training for customer service.

Horrible customer service, rude staff as well as the store manager. They incorrectly made my sub twice, came back a third time for a remake (BLT, which only had bacon and pickles the first time, and only bacon the second). I was awaited by the store manager on the phone who was very very rude. Said I was not aloud the remake, and would get a refund, but then said they would not process the refund and said they would “be there in 5 mins to throw me out”. Definitely contacting corporate.

Owner is very rude. Accused African American women of stealing while they were eating at his establishment. Made them uncomfortable and circle around them while they were beginning to eat their food. Very wild behavior and also grabbed customers personal property while accusing them. Will never go back do not recommend.

Every veggie & slice of meat or cheese is fresh & tasty. The man behind the counter is friendly & fast. Hadn't been here in three years due to Covid 19 & then overcoming my solitary ways, but I'll be back!Vegetarian options: I have some vegetarian friends, so I'm not sure, because some of them wouldn't like veggies & meat next to each other. But I think there's no contact between them, and no blood, so that makes it fine for me.Dietary restrictions: Need to post nuts in cookies (or none). My partner is allergic to peanuts, so also needs info about beans, peas & chick peas.

I places my order within five minutes away from this location. It was just 3 subs one footlong part of it. My meatball wrap was cold. The meatballs were cold everything was. The footlong I wanted toasted and it was cold as well. It wasnt even toasted. It looked drenched in sauce and just kept sliding out. Looked disgusting. And as for my other sub it was just plain out nasty. And I wasnt late picking up my order. It was just five minutes.

This location has really gone down hill lately, rude staff and quality has declined. We will have to find a new location for future orders.

I live closer to a different location, but the quality there is disappointing. I was happy at this store. Food was fresh and tasted good. My family likes Subway, we will be back to this location.

4 of the last 5 Turkey Bacon Avocado subs ordered were received without the avocado. I have written twice to subway about it, with no response. Today, when I opened our dinner - AGAIN NO AVOCADO.I was furious. I called to vent my frustration. WHY DO YOU CALL IT TURKEY BACON AVOCADO? Whoever answered the call laughed and halfassed offered a FREE SANDWICH. It is NOT Free - I paid for it!! And then, to get back in the car and drive 2 miles and back @3.69/gallon gas??If I go in an order it - the sassy girl always asks 'do you want the avocado?' and I alwsys say, of course - it's a Turkey Bacon AVOCADO sub!!This location is just the worst!!

So this is a mixed review. I got 2 subs the exact same way and one was great the other garbage. The young lady made the first and it was great. The young boy who talked like a Eminem wanna be was rude and didn't follow instructions. It's making a sub for goodness sake. It ain't rocket science.

This location is the best one around Greendale. Tried to order a catering platter from other locations around this area and they either were not helpful at all( 60th and Layton) or did not answer the phone. The location on 76th street was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very helpful and the subs were delicious also . This is definitely the place to go if you want good service and food.

To share my experience for carryout 76th and Howard avenue staff is awesome that's in Milwaukee Wisconsin they even gave me a free cookies because they added on too much of a seasoning but the preparation of my Subway sandwich was excellent I'll go back there over and over with my coupons

I wrote a review on my last visit & said it would be a long time I would go to Subway again. Decided to stop at this Subway on 3929 S. 76th Street Milwaukee,Wi 53220.Very clean & staff very friendly and courteous.Will definitely return to this store.
