The service was unprofessional. I was not greeted when I walked into the store. After standing there for 5 minutes, I asked the guy if he was the only one working. He said no, so I asked him to call the other employee. She came out after two minutes.The male employee stated that I probably was a T mobile customer. I stated that if I wasn't, I wouldn't be in here. Very unprofessional conduct.

In the past when we've had issues with our phones we would spend hours in the store trying to figure things out. Jodie and Amia were great! We were in and out in about 5 minutes and our issue was resolved.

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. Usually have not had issues with this location until my recent upgrade. My bf wanted the S23 ultra. We were told with our plan by the store manager that it would only be a $35 activation fee when we decided to come in to upgrade. So fast forward to when we come in to upgrade. We were told by the associate that it would be over $300 for a down payment for the phone. Never any mention of this from the store manager who had been looking at our account just days previous. Then the associate proceeds to just start grabing the accessories for the phones without even asking if we wanted any of them. It took almost 2 hrs just to upgrade 2 phones. We were already upset about his customer services that when we left after we got home coming to realize he didnt even give us the right phone for the upgrade. We go back on a Sunday night the assistant store manager says we have to come back to talk with the store manager the next day. We do we proceed to wait a good 30 minutes for him & they have a line of customers behind us now since the other associate proceeded to leave in her car saying shes be right back still wasnt back after a half hour. He (store manager) then tells us that we dont know what we are talking about & that its our word against the associates word. No solution to fix the fact that the associate sold us the wrong phone. From now on we will be upgrading online to avoid bad customer service. Why should we have to settle if your employee screwed up?!?!

I loveeeee this location!!!! The manager Jean is awesome!!! I swear he definitely makes me like T-Mobile! He is honestly great at what he do and T-Mobile should be honored to have him!!!!!!!

I went in February to turn in a device for a trade in and purchase a case and screen protectors for a new phone. The associate added a text only "digits" line to my plan and assured me this was a free upgrade with my new phone/trade in. It was not free, it added $15 to my bill and canceling it has been a huge hassle with T-Mobile. They also would NOT accept my trade in at this location, despite me being told I can trade in my old device at any location when I ordered my new phone online. Had to go to a different store to complete the trade in. Avoid this location, they can't help you.

Staff member aggressively tried to sell me a 24-month plan. Did not even mention the monthly service fee despite me saying that was the reason I did not want a contract for a temporary phone.Kept pressing me repeatedly when I declined. He kept saying "you don't understand" and then just repeated himself over and over. Rude and condescending. Unacceptable.I fully accept that a T-mobile specialty shop might not offer what I was looking for. I clearly stated that I came in to inquire if they sold prepaid phones with international roaming.My first "No thank you, that's not what I want" should have been enough.I've bought an unlocked phone and SIM card elsewhere.

Went in for transitioning from Mint Mobile to T-Mobile. The transition was so smooth, my rep, Marcus was knowledgeable, guided me through the process and done in just 15 mins! Really impressed! Also they got affordable plans which is great too!

Everyone seemed nice BUT Jean who seems to be the manager gave me a stellar experience. Not gonna lie, probably the best phone store experience I’ve ever had. Gone are the days where I have to walk in a phone store feeling like I’m walking in a car dealership. I can’t be grateful enough for the experience! Thanks, Jean!!!
