Jermaine was very helpful with giving us guidance for setting up/transferring to our new device, which is an unusual one only sold on the internet. I also saw him help another customer with new phone set up, with patience and friendliness.

I had problems with my iPhoneXR due to an account change I made. I really was not hopeful that the staff would be able to help me, but they were great. It was much better getting help in person than the tech support call I had earlier in the week. We did have to call support, but it was a much faster call than the one I had by myself. I also ended up getting a nice upgrade on my phone too (not related to the issue). They helped me transfer all my info to a new iPhone 15. I also appreciate they were open until 8pm. I enjoyed the funny but still professional demeanor, really lifted my mood. Keep up the good work.

I will never ever go to this location again. I don’t know the black man name,he has dreads. He always trying to get money out of you what I mean by that I went up there Tuesday,I needed him to transfer pics,and other things to my new iPhone,reason why is because I went to another phone store Friday and it took forever to download the black man at the midtown location said he would charge me $20 why are you charging this is a part of your job the t mobile on the east side didn’t charge me,and when I went into the midtown location he didn’t if he speak to me,and he wasn’t busy,why do black people try to play other black people it's wrong

Came in to switch providers, not a single worker seemed like they wanted to help anybody out let alone even be there. I Ended up leaving and having to come back. The lady didn't seem to want to even TRY to help me and brushed me off to come back the next day I saved my time and energy and went to the T-Mobile in Menomonee falls. I suggest you do the same.

Came in the store at 1:30pm on March 2nd. Was in there for like 5 minutes neither of the black men inside addressed me or even said hello. I understand if you were talking to another customer which is why I waited but to look me directly in the eyes and not address me is terrible customer service. I literally was trying to buy the new iPhone and see if you all had any options to order an iPad since I'm starting my school year but I'd rather take my business else where.

Terrible service they don’t even deserve one star. Bought an iPhone 14 here as a gift. They told me I can buy the phone and come back with the old one to exchange and it wouldn’t be a problem. Showed up with the old phone to exchange and it was one excuse after another. Fist it was their system was down, then it was we don’t do that here and try another location, lastly they told me to just sell it on FB. The first guy who I bought the phone from, Rico, showed up and pretended like I never even spoke to him and just went back to eat his lunch. Definitely the worst T-Mobile and I would recommend going someplace else.

Corey added a line to my account that I didn't ask for, Corey also told me the line was free and when I talked to customer service they told me it would have been 20 dollars a month.Corey also put accessories on my account that I didn't asked that made me have to come back to the store to get a refund. He really messed up my account that had me on with customers service after I left the store all night. I will not be going back to midtown never. They customers service is horrible. If I could leave no star because they don’t need one but that’s the only how you can post. This store is sad. I believe he just was put things on my account to get his commission. SMH

I had issues with a new insured iPhone replacement. I never do reviews but I need to give credit where credit is due; Rico did a PHENOMENAL job! Super nice, informative, and all around a great guy. The rest of the staff was great too. I highly recommend doing business here.
