Absolutely cannot reccomend this T-Mobile location enough! I came in very upset, Refugio was patient, provided fantastic customer service throughout and answered all of my questions. I was able to get my new account set up and my phone working again in less than 20 minutes! Will be returning to this location in the future!

I stopped in to find a screen protector and a phone case. Sammy helped me find both and also put them on my phone for me. He was kind, courteous and down to earth. Thanks Sammy! My son was equally impressed.

Cody and Suheidy the store Manager help me get a new phone and a Tablet they are very patient and explain everything to me. I'm very happy that I stopped by this location best customer service I ever received.Thank you.

Phone got stolen, came in when store opened, Marva (The only one working) was taking care of three customers including me and she was rocking and rolling. I was having a really terrible day and she made it 10 times better. She was so patient with me and helped me when I really needed assistance. I am a manager and she is an amazing example of Customer Service!

They just stand outside or sit on the stools, won't even let you go inside. The only response is "we don't do that here". So horrible.

Worst T Mobile scud timer service ever. The manager Michael told me to “**** off and take care of it with customer service” this is so disrespectful and I will be leaving t mobile and going to spectrum

This location was very convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful while also being very personable. I did a transfer from AT&T and the experience was positive the entire time I was in the store. Shoutout to Mike for being so friendly and making my life a lot easier!

So glad to have a new T-mobile store in the Mayfair mall. Michael and Refugio were amazing in getting my new Device. I even got a free tablet too! Thank you guys so much

The customer service at this location only being open I believe 2 weeks is a joke. I work in the mall and the entire time the team stands around outside the store or sits on stools and does absolutely nothing. I went over on Tuesday night, 10/25 because I did not receive a physical sim card for my phone that I was carrying over from a previous carrier. They were standing outside the store like usual. I explained to the guy what was going on and asked if he could help. He goes you do not get a sim card for your watch, and I explained you are not listening to me and then repeated to him again that I was bringing my phone from a different carrier. He just stared at me with a blank expression and was said you can call customer service. I was like well you are a store is there no way you can help me. His response was you can call customer service I don't know what else to tell you. The entire experience was so disgusting. You don't even try to help or troubleshoot or bring me into the store you just say call customer service. I don't know why this location was open but if this is the experience guests can expect I would implore anyone reading this review to go literally to any other t-mobile location as you will not get service or helped at this location.

The team there has done a great job every time I've stopped there. I'm not a big fan of the mall. This is the only reason I'll go to the mall.

horrendous customer service. Been waiting since February for a refund of $320 that was wrongfully charged on my account. Store manager is pretty much unresponsive, unapologetic, and straight up lazy. Refuses to provide information to his boss to get issue resolved. We were told only credits in $100 increments are allowed for refunds? so I have to wait 4 months to get my money back? absurd. Lied to by store manager constantly. Had to stop in and call multiple times and manager is always "unavailable" and never calls back to provide explanations. And he conveniently "Forgot" to give us our $100 credit multiple times. Its now July and I still don't have my money back. I've literally never encountered such blatant disregard for the customer. Shame on T-mobile!
