I been a customer for over 20 years have spent $30,000 this year at home Depo!! today I closed my Accounts and credit cards and I also have been a customer for over 20 years, Why you ask? today I read that That Home Depot Billionaire says he will back Trump even if he is convicted. and lets not for get he was Already convicted a sexual assault tried to overturn our election for felonies already found guilty of fraud. Home Depot will not use my money to support this man. I only hope more do the same and say no to this Billionaire. Please pass this on Please!

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I am a pro customer who buys most my supplies at Home Depot but after the way Danny the manager had no interest in helping me today I may just take all my business elsewhere. Went in to exchange a door today. I bought four doors through the bid process three days ago. Turns out the one was a left hand swing and I needed a right hand swing. So came to exchange for the same door just different direction. Was told that I needed to pay $100 more cause they cannot exchange only return the door and buy a new one without the bid process. This has never happened to me before the doors are both the same price same size same style. He just was not even going to hear it. I had to have the cashier call him three times just to come talk to me about it. But he didn't even want to hear it he said with the bid it's ad different process he can't do anything.

I came in for a plumbing perk. Yes, it was just after dinner. There was no one to assist me. I went up to check out and asked for assistance. The gal west system come to the wrong place. I saw an employee in another aisle and asked for assistance in plumbing and he told me he had no knowledge. I went back to the checkout where I spoke with a gal named Taz. She said she would page the manager. 15 minutes later I came back up and has told me that she can't help the other customers if I keep coming up to her. She told me to go back and wait in that department. Another 10 minutes pass. I came back up to her register. She told me they are shortstaffed. I asked for the managers name. The management is Courtney. Again, has told me to go and wait in that aisle. I waited five more minutes and came back to the register, asking to page for assistance. Again, she told me they are short staffed, and I should come back when they have more staff to assist. It was a customer who saw my frustration to was able to direct me to a simple part. I knew what part I needed, but because I do not live close to a Home Depot wanted the insurance. I will not be shopping at the Home Depot again.

Worst home depot ive ever been to. I typically dont review places but this store is compete garbage. Employees avoid you to not assist you, they have little to no knowledge at their job. Asked for a circular saw and the employee said "it would be alot of dedication to find it in all of thoose boxes up there and i doubt any of us would want to do that and if it says we have 7 items in stock online it probably means we dont have any in the store". Also the 2 employees that assisted me smelled like weed and couldnt do an easy job. Never going here again and wish i could give it zero stars as 1 seems too many.

I am trying to call. The phone rings and rings. They answer, say they are going to transfer me, and then hang up on me. Even their automated system hung up on me. I don't get it. Do they not want customers who want to buy refrigerators?

Terrible service/ Nobody knows what they are doing. If you order online and try to pick up in the store, you'll have to stand at the desk for 30 minutes before even talking to someone. I tried to buy a storm door with installation; it has taken countless phone calls, several trips into the store to ask in person since nobody resolved anything over the phone, and a month later I still have no installation even set up. Complete waste of time.

An absolutely filthy and disgusting store. I bought a box of lawn fencing in a box. My husband started to unpack them-he called me and asked me to look in the box. It was filled with rat p**** RAT P**** I had to wrap the box to return it-the young man who took my return said nothing so I asked, "Do you want to know why I'm returning these?" He actually shrugged. So, with my voice slightly raised, I told him. I got NO reaction. No apology, no interest, no nothing. It's a shame bc I've always got a home project going and this place is close. I will NEVER go into this place again. I'm also going to check if there's a local or state agency that would be interested in knowing that they are giving rat droppings to customers. HORRIFIC SERVICE!! FILTHY! FILTHY! FILTHY!

They have multiple managers but you can never find them. And when you do, they don't help you. Management is a joke here, they really don't care about the customer, and it shows.

My Millwork saga continues I have not received my Millwork yet and I found out that it was not ordered from the supplier Home Depot uses until May 10, I had placed the order on April 27. And was confirmed on the 29. So now the facts I have uncovered is when I started to call the store and ask where my order was the Home Depot team of, lm at a loss for words to describe them, people had not placed the order they had confirmed. So when I started to complain about not knowing where my order was they quickly ordered the Millwork and had it FedXed overnight to the store. That must be cost effective. The moral of this tail. Never order anything from HOME DEPTO!!!!

Be prepared to wait 60 minutes+ for curbside pickup. It's useless in its current form. You'll eventually give up and go inside just to see 6 workers talking at the service desk.

Got reasonable customer service in some areas. Received very good customer service in hardware and appliances! Can't blame the store for customers who smell like weed; don't blame the store for customers who occasionally act out bad behavior and steal! I have observed the manager "Jeff" squaring things away!!!

I don't love this store. Never have. Likely never will. Yet my most recent visit wasn't horrible, and I'm feeling generous, so three stars it is. The location is a plus, near the freeway, both on and off, which made it great for running in before work to grab the single thing I needed: bathtub caulk. The selection allowed for me to consider several options before choosing the one that dried the quickest. And really, for a 50 cent difference, isn't four hour drying better than 12? My biggest complaint about this store has always been the lack of customer service. I saw plenty of employees talking to each other, but no one spoke to me, save the cashier--who actually was pretty pleasant and efficient, so no complaints there. Though I really just wanted to use Self Checkout so I could be on my way quicker without waiting in line, but they were all closed. Sad face.
